| In the era of social productivity progress,different recruitment units also need more outstanding talents to join in their respective fields.Recruitment unit pays more and more attention to the recruitment and selection of staffs.Basically,market competition is a contest between talents.If recruitment unit wants to stand out from the crowd,it must recruit talents through various recruitment channels.If you want to acquire knowledge-based talents,you need to rely on the campus recruitment channel.Graduates have solid professional knowledge,hard work spirit and innovative thinking.If recruitment unit can recruit graduates with all three abilities as new employees,it’s overall market competitiveness and comprehensive strength can be greatly improved.Competition among recruitment unit also makes it more difficult for graduates to apply for jobs.It is not easy to stand out from the crowd and gain recognition from recruitment units.In order to help graduates to improve the success rate of campus recruitment,this dissertation take campus recruitment as the background and choose the current graduates as the research object.Based on the analysis of the network survey,we can find out the recruitment unit’s preference for the recruiters in campus recruitment.In the end,according to the results of the survey,the questions in the questionnaire are set based on the personal characteristics,knowledge level and internship experience of graduates.Firstly,we determine the reliability of the questionnaire by the reliability analysis,distributed and recycled the questionnaire,and then the effective questionnaire was sorted out.Secondly,we use descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test to carry out empirical research on the collected information,analyze the impact of different factors on the results of campus recruitment.In the end,we summarize the factors that determine the results of campus recruitment and give suggestions to graduates.At present,the research on campus recruitment mainly focuses on the analysis of employment situation,the effectiveness of recruitment and the behavior of graduates in the process of job hunting.We make a detailed discussion on the impact of the results of application and analyze the different personal abilities from the perspective of graduates themselves.In this way,it can make up for the one-sidedness of a single perspective and has a certain practical significance. |
