Research On The Role Of Film And TV Plays In The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students’ Values

Since the reform and opening up,China’s society has undergone earth-shaking changes.Especially since the party’s eighteen years,China has made remarkable achievements in economic,political,and cultural fields.It is in this environment that contemporary college students have grown up.At the same time,with the development of the new scientific and technological revolution,the mass media has become more and more popular,and the resulting and rapidly popular film and television drama has become an indispensable part of the daily life of the broad masses of the people,especially young college students.As an important part of the ideology field,film and television dramas profoundly affect people’s values,ways of thinking and lifestyle.The ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities at the forefront of the cultivation of college students’values must inevitably define the meaning and characteristics of film and television dramas,fully understand the necessity of the use of film and television drama resources in the cultivation of contemporary college students’values,and thus enhance the values education and ideas.The effectiveness of political education has produced more high-quality college students who are suitable for the development needs of the times.The rational use of film and television drama resources by college ideological and political educators in the process of strengthening college students’ values education can help college students establish correct values,enrich the forms of values education,and improve the effectiveness of value education.With the development of the information age,the methods of cultivating work for college students’values are changing with each passing day,and film and television dramas are undoubtedly one of the ways that are more easily accepted by college students.However,through investigations,it is found that the current situation that college students have not yet fully discerned the value orientation of film and television dramas,the negative impact of film and television dramas on the cultivation of college students’values can not be ignored,the combination of film and television drama resources and college students’values education is generally low,the effect of film and television drama resources needs to be improved and so on.In the teaching practice,the play of the role of film and television drama in the cultivation of contemporary college students’values is restricted by certain factors,including the internal factors of the outstanding problems between film and TV drama and college students themselves,and the external factors which do not fit well with the cultivation of college students’undefined values.In view of the problems and dilemmas in the role of film and television dramas in the cultivation of contemporary college students’values,combined with the existing theories and realities,the author concludes that the role of film and television dramas in cultivating contemporary college students’values should be started from three aspects:First,we must explore the organic unity of film and television drama production and the cultivation of contemporary college students’values.Film and television media should adhere to the correct direction of creation,and college students should strive to improve self-cultivation.The second is to seek the inner fit of the promotion of film and television drama and the shaping of contemporary college students’values.The film and television drama must first carry the basic demands of college students’values and explore its internal consistency.Secondly,it should use the film and television drama to improve the level of value education and enhance its era and Demand.The third is to strengthen the guidance and guarantee of the development of film and television drama and the practice of contemporary college students’values,to improve the guidance system for campus film and television culture in terms of social guidance,and to strengthen the government’s supervision and management of film and television media in terms of mechanism guarantee.
