In the new era,as international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the competition of talents is more remarkable.Countries all over the world has paid much attention to the cultivation of innovative and practical talents,as well as deepening educational reform ?changing educational concepts and teaching modes,and updating the personnel training mechanism.In the process of cultivating innovative and practical talents,problem-solving ability becomes one of the core abilities.Therefore,it is an urgent reality to deepen the reform of basic education in China to improve students' problem-solving ability.In 2011 "problem solving" has been raised as one of the objectives of the course by The New Standard,which pointed out " problem-solving is very significant to the all-round development of students."With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and creative education,cooperative teaching of mathematics in primary schools has aroused wide concern and applied to classroom teaching by educators.Based on the psychological and cognitive characteristics of primary school students,this new cooperative teaching model can make full use of students' autonomy,enhancing the pleasure of math class,and promoting their cooperation,communication?joint exploration and the ability to solve mathematical problems.Therefore,on the background of the new curriculum reform,this research focuses on the demand for innovative and practical talents in China's compulsory education reform.From the perspective of a new teaching mode,using the cooperative teaching to train students' problem-solving ability is the key issue of this research.Firstly,this paper uses the literature research method to sort out the existing researches on problem solving and cooperative teaching,and I found that studies on how to cultivate students' problem-solving ability by cooperative teaching are relatively scant.This situation offers a direction for this research to combine cooperative teaching with cultivating students' problem-solving ability.Secondly,it explores the theoretical basis of the research,and analyzes the factors affecting the cultivation of mathematical problem-solving ability in primary school,and the relationship between cooperative teaching and factors affecting the development of students' problem-solving ability,systematically expounds the theoretical and practical basis of this research.Then,supported by relevant theories,the principles of dominance and subjectivity,autonomy and cooperation,fun and effectiveness,diversity and practicality of this research's instructional design are put forward by this paper,as well as the instructional design strategies of defining teaching objectives,creating reasonable cooperative problem situations,exploring cooperative experiential problem solving,organizing effective cooperative learning process and cooperative solve the problem in coordination and collision of thought.Finally,to show the case of this research with the representative content of primary school stage which selected by case analysis method,and carry out classroom teaching practice,on the basis of case analysis and summary drawing a conclusion.This research not only can effective cultivating problem-solving ability,and to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for teachers to improve the teaching mode of cultivating problem-solving ability and to design teaching activities for cultivating problem-solving ability by cooperative teaching.
