This study mainly through the review of relevant literature,found that special teachers professional personality characteristics by the professional spirit(dedication,dedication,integrity,love,justice),professional feelings(identity,love,persistence,expectation,empathy),professional personality(character,seriousness,responsibility,patience,affinity,tolerance,childlike heart,autonomy,initiative,Sense of efficacy),professional habits(reading,reflection,writing,collaboration,leadership,influence)and physical and mental traits(physical health,energetic,emotional self-control)are composed of five dimensions.By using the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,the dimensions and indexes of the characteristics are analyzed.In the research ideas,first of all,the scholars at home and abroad on the basis of special teachers research,in view of the research problems,the establishment of relevant assumptions,the formulation of the corresponding questionnaire and interview outline,the use of data and networks and other means to establish the relevant data on the professional personality characteristics of teachers.Then the research plan is implemented,and the SPSS software is used to analyze it,and it is proved that its dimension and index belong to the professional personality characteristics of special teachers.Comprehensive analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)In the dimension of professional spirit,special Teachers' s dedication index,dedication index,Lok Yip Index,Care Index and Justice index are higher than that of ordinary teachers.(2)in the dimension of professional sentiment,special teachers' s identity Index,love Index,persistent index,expectation index and empathy index are higher than that of ordinary teachers.(3)in the dimension of professional personality,special Teachers' s responsible Index,patient index,affinity Index,tolerance Index,childlike index,autonomy index and efficacy index are more significant than ordinary teachers,while in Personality Index,serious index and enterprising index,the difference between ordinary teachers and special teachers is significant.(4)In the dimension of professional habit,special teachers' s reading index,reflective index,writing index,cooperation index and leadership index are higher than that of ordinary teachers,and the significant difference is great.(5)In the dimension of physical and mental traits,special teachers' s emotional control is better than that of ordinary teachers,and there are significant differences in traits of health and energetic indicators.(6)According to the interview,the influencing factors of the development of special teachers professional personality characteristics are influenced by family environment and childhood experience,school education experience and experience,on-the-job practice and its development and self-cultivation.Finally,based on the research and analysis,this paper puts forward three enlightenment to teacher education: optimizing teachers' pre-service education,promoting teachers' professional development,reforming teachers' on-the-job training,optimizing training resources,promoting teachers' self-cultivation and awakening teachers' personality.
