Teacher professional literacy is a concrete manifestation of teachers' professional standards and a cumulative result of teacher professional development.Education literacy is one of the components of teachers' professional literacy,and it is the basic guarantee for teachers' professional dual professional(disciplinary and educational majors).According to the literature,domestic and foreign researchers still lack in-depth and systematic research on the professional education of special-skilled teachers.On the basis of reading a large number of documents,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct a field survey of the special post teachers in Du' an County,Guangxi.The survey contents mainly include:the basic situation of the special post teachers,the education professional concept,the education professional knowledge,and the education.Professional competence and factors that influence the professionalism of the special post teachers.Based on the questionnaire research and interview research on the education professional quality of the special post teachers,this paper gradually finds out the problems and causes of the education professional literacy of the special post teachers in Duan County,Guangxi,and proposes corresponding solutions to the existing problems.The overall investigation and research results show that the overall level of education professional qual i ty of the special post teachers needs to be improved;the special education concept of the special post teachers is lacking;the special education teachers have a low level of education expertise;the special post teachers have low entry years,and the education major The ability is poor;the special education teachers'literacy improvement is limited.The reasons for the education professional literacy problems of the teachers in Du' an County are mainly from the following aspects:the reasons for the administrative department,the reasons for the local schools,the reasons for the colleges and universities,and the reasons for the teachers themselves.In view of the problems and causes of the special education of the special post teachers,this paper proposes strategies to solve and enhance the professional education of the special post teachers from the following aspects:the administrative department creates a good educational environment,and the school educates the special post teachers.The support and guarantee of professional literacy,the training of special-skilled teachers in colleges and universities,and the strengthening of independent study by special-level teachers.
