Under the guidance of the current educational reform,this is compares the stratified teaching with the traditional teaching in order to find the most suitable teaching methods for ordinary colleges and universities in our country.Through the experimental research on the implementation of stratified teaching method in public sports swimming courses in colleges and universities in China,it provides references for the classroom structure of public sports swimming courses and sports teaching in colleges and universities in China.Strive to overcome the "one size fits all" teaching defects that ignore the differences in student bases,abilities,and hobbies,in order to stimulate students 'maximum interest in learning,find the most suitable teaching method for students,and implement "for the whole.Achieve differentiated development."Through the analysis of the results of various aspects of teaching experiments in swimming courses in ordinary colleges and universities,the results obtained show that:(1)Compared with traditional teaching methods,teaching college swimming courses through dynamic stratification teaching methods has a certain positive role in improving students 'physical quality and sports quality,which is conducive to students' comprehensive mastery of technical actions and improving the teaching results of college swimming courses;(2)Compared with traditional teaching methods,the use of dynamic stratified teaching methods in college swimming courses is more conducive to the improvement and consolidation of students 'special swimming techniques,and there are certain improvements in the normative,rhythm,body lines,and coordination of swimming movements.Dynamic stratified teaching method can help teachers adjust the teaching progress according to the speed of students 'learning in the general teaching of swimming in colleges and universities,control the teaching rhythm reasonably,pay attention to individual differences in the teaching process,teach according to the material,and put forward different requirements according to different levels of students;(3)Compared with traditional teaching methods,the inherent competition and incentive mechanism in dynamic stratification teaching methods has played a role in stimulating students in teaching,enabling students to find a sense of belonging to themselves,willing to actively learn,and inspiring students to learn swimming.enthusiasm,Students can better accept this kind of teaching from the heart,experience the joy of swimming,gain a sense of achievement,improve their interest in learning,and avoid the drawbacks of the traditional teaching method being rigid and monotonous;(4)Whenapplying dynamic stratified teaching methods to the general course of swimming in colleges and universities,various teaching methods can be used for teaching.The combination of traditional teaching methods and dynamic stratified teaching methods is one of the various teaching methods,and each has its own advantages.,to achieve complementary advantages,The advantages of strong joint efforts to avoid the shortcomings and loopholes of traditional teaching methods and dynamic stratification teaching methods may be more suitable for the development of students in the general course of swimming in colleges and universities.
