Talent is the core of an organization's competitiveness.The construction of a talent team is related to the realization of the organization's strategic goals and is of great significance to the sustainable development of the organization.However,in the actual operating environment,many organizations cannot obtain talents that match their needs.The root cause of this problem is that the organization does not use supply chain management thinking to systematically manage talent issues and there is a greater risk in the organization's talent supply chain.The academic research on the talent supply chain is mostly based on the micro level,but there is little research on the talent supply chain at the macro level.There is no conclusion yet.Therefore,accelerating the research on the risk of talent supply chain from the macro level has far-reaching significance for the development of talents in China.Firstly,this paper starts from the two aspects of talent supply chain management and supply chain risk management,and deeply analyzes the domestic and international research status of talent supply chain risk management and supply chain risk management;Secondly,based on the theory of supply chain risk management,this paper makes an in-depth and systematic analysis of the risks of talent supply chain management in China,and identifies five categories of risks: environmental risk,talent supply risk,talent reserve risk,talent management risk,talent demand risk.Subsequently,five talent level supply chain risk assessment index systems were established,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 23 third-level indicators;Thirdly,using the entropy method and gray cluster analysis method to construct the talent supply chain risk assessment model,and do empirical research on 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan);The research results show that the risk level of talent supply chain in China is higher overall,among which the talent supply chain risk in 8 regions such as Jilin is at a “big” level,and 6 regions such as Shanxi are at “larger” level,and 7 regions such as Anhui are in “general” level,Five regions,including Fujian,are at a “smaller” level,and only five regions,such as Beijing,are at “small” levels.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening the emphasis on talent supply chain construction,improving the ability of environmental supply risk response of talent supply chain,improving talent supply and reserve level,and providing reference for China's talent supply chain risk management research.This paper aims to identify and evaluate the risks of the talent supply chain,and propose corresponding countermeasures to reduce the risk of the talent supply chain,improve its risk prevention capabilities,and then optimize the construction of talent supply chain in China.
