For autism, early integration education is very important. The earlier the integration, the earlier they can give them the opportunity to be with ordinary children, living and learning in a free and equal environment can promote the development of their social interaction. However, autism is a serious comprehensive developmental disorder in children, mainly characterized by social difficulties, verbal growth retardation and stereotyped behavior. In a convergent environment, the educational methods of children with autism are significantly different from those of other children. The teachers are "hands-on" and "can't take it." Early integration puts higher demands on kindergartens. The author used qualitative research methods to observe and interview children with autism, teachers and parents in kindergartens, and to preserve the form of diary and interview records. The collected data were analyzed by a combination of quantitative description and qualitative research. This paper describes the current situation by describing the three forms of inclusive education, and analyses the problems in the implementation process of D kindergarten. The study found that a private kindergarten that was originally intended to be a fusion education had to attract parents with English education;a kindergarten with a strong integrated education was ultimately unable to achieve true integration education.Specifically:(1)Psychological environment of grievances(2)The lack of integrated education in the physical environment of kindergartens is reflected in the insufficient support of the individual training environment;(3)Activities and teaching, general education is not integrated(4)weak support system: D has not established an integrated education system, the training system is imperfect, and the role of the integrated teacher is not clear.
