| Under the background of the new curriculum reform,teachers’ subject knowledge has been paid more and more attention.“The CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the comprehensive deepening of the new era of teacher construction reform”clearly stresses the need to bring up solid subject knowledge of high-quality composite teachers.The new content of the compulsory education science curriculum standards(2022 edition)also puts forward further requirements on the subject knowledge level of science teachers.As the main reserve force of pre-service science teachers,science education major normal students’ subject knowledge level determines the teaching quality of science teachers.With the implementation of the professional accreditation standard,the subject knowledge structure and knowledge level of the normal students in science education are the key issues that the science educators should pay attention to.This research takes the subject knowledge of pre-service science teachers as the theme.Firstly,it combs the relevant literature of subject knowledge at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the content of the new curriculum standard and the previous research results,the questionnaire on the status quo of pre-service science teachers’ subject knowledge is designed from three dimensions: basic knowledge,cross-subject concept and history knowledge,using SPSS software to collate and analyze the data,and on the basis of which to conduct in-depth interviews and research on science education students.The subject knowledge level of pre-service science teachers was investigated by quantitative and qualitative methods.Finally,it is found that the pre-service science teachers have not fully understood the new part of science subject knowledge in the new curriculum standard.The overall average score of subject knowledge is not high,the standard deviation is large,and there is great individual difference.Among them,science education students have a good grasp of cross-disciplinary concepts,the level of history knowledge needs to be improved,and the basic knowledge is poor.In order to improve the subject knowledge level of pre-service science teachers effectively,this paper studies the countermeasures from three levels: normal students,schools and society.For normal students,we should promote their interest in science education from two aspects,strengthen their self-reflection consciousness from four angles,and update their learning style through three steps.Based on the school level,through reforming the course content of teaching,implementing double-driving teaching method,and carrying out diversified scientific and technological activities,the level of subject knowledge of pre-service science teachers can be improved.Based on the cultivation level of society,it is necessary to establish the practice base of science education,and to construct the cooperative cultivation mechanism of UGS.We should take various measures to construct a multi-knowledge promotion system for normal school students and promote the cultivation of high-quality science education talents. |
