A Study On The Cultivation Of Senior Middle School Students' Law Consciousness Based On Key Competencies

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that running the country according to law in an all-round way is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This statement clarifies the importance of building a socialist culture of rule of law,reflects that the Party and the state attach great importance to the construction of socialist rule of law,and marks the further deepening of the Party's understanding of the rule of law in the new era.As the main channel of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law,the ideological and political course in senior high school shoulders the important task of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law and realizing the goal of core literacy education of Ideological and political discipline.Based on the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings and Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper combs the current situation of cultivating students' awareness of rule of law in the ideological and political course of senior high school through questionnaires,interviews with teachers and other research methods.There are relatively few contents of rule of law education in senior high school,unreasonable curriculum settings and awareness of rule of law.The cultivation mode has a single influence on the cultivation effect,the students' participation is not high,and the awareness of rule of law needs to be improved.Based on this,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of cultivating high school students' awareness of the rule of law from three levels: the school should take charge of the "law protector" of management,attach importance to the construction of the culture of the rule of law,and create an atmosphere of the rule of law education;enrich the forms of the rule of law education,expand the depth of the rule of law education;improve the rules and regulations of the campus,and promote the overall rule of law.Teachers should dress up as "law spreaders" to educate people,adhere to student-centered,pay attention to students' development;strengthen the rule of law learning,improve the quality of the rule of law;based on classroom teaching,dig deep resources of teaching materials;improve teaching methods,enhance teaching ability.Students should be qualified "law learners".Theyshould rectify their motivation to learn law and establish their belief in the rule of law.They should cultivate their interest in learning law and improve their participation in the classroom.They should enhance their self-education to promote the unity of knowledge and practice.In order to improve the strength,breadth,depth and validity of cultivating the sense of rule of law in Ideological and political lessons,we should cultivate the sense of rule of law of senior high school students in the way of "trinity".
