In this study in the college entrance examination abolish science-humanities division background,in order to promote the inevitable requirements of teachers' professional quality,to carry out the policy of enrollment system reform pilot needs and the requirements for deepening the reform of teacher training mode from three aspects,as the basis of research topics.The study mainly elaborated the main course of teacher education institutions examination enrollment system reform of our country,combining with its influence on the teachers' professional education for the college entrance examination system in the admission conditions,subjects,then do a simple comb and the new policy about the college entrance examination has carried on the simple interpretation.A brief introduction of the developed countries such as the United States,Britain,France,Japan and other developing countries in Asia such as India' about the pre-service teacher training mode reform,a couple of normal universities in domestic representative pre-service teacher training mode reform as well as the pilot provinces and cities in liberal arts college entrance examination in Shanghai and Zhejiang's pre-service teacher training mode reform,and give a brief review.According to the above research,aim at the relationship between the selection of professional teacher and whether the college entrance examination abolish science-humanities division or not,also the relationship between the specialization of teachers education models and comprehensive quality development.Aiming at not contrary to the principle of the education system of higher education,broaden the training mode in order to enhance the comprehensive quality of teachers;put forward the reform of teachers' pre-service training mode guided by “focus on something in the process of comprehensive training ”.At the same time,in the practice of the specialization of teachers education personnel training,provide a feasible system design or plan selection,provide practical reference for teachers' pre-service training mode reform.Put the Chinese teachers' pre-service training in middle school as an example,this study put forward different levels of teacher education colleges,training mode reform are put forward the solution for different levels of normal college to choose.as well as the support of relevant policy,including the identification of teachers' educational institution,the certification of teachers' professional,the standard of teachers' educational curriculum,and the examination and recruitment of teachers' qualification certificate.To ensure the pre-service teachers training mode more scientific,pre-service teacher training and middle school teachers' comprehensive quality improved.Attempts to put forward six Suggestions for reference: including improve the quality of normal students,deepen the reform of the education mode,optimizing the curriculum plan,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,increase education funds investment and its schools to build alliances.Through this research,hopes to enrich the teacher education theory,improve teachers' education quality,to carry out the reform of pre-service teacher training and improve teachers' comprehensive quality.For the local department of education to promote college enrollment system reform to provide decision-making consultation,improve teachers in institutions of higher education professional personnel training mode to provide practical reference,at the same time promoting teacher education institution accreditation and evaluation normal professional certification standard.
