Study On College Students' Mobile Terminal Fragmented Reading Behavior

In the era of mobile Internet,new media supported by mobile phones and tablets are developing continuously,which make people show a new trend of fragmentation in both receiving and publishing information.And great changes have taken place in people's reading mode,that is,reading mode tends to be more and more fragmented.For college students who are willing to accept new things,fragmented reading has become an important part of their life and study.Through qualitative research methods such as observation and interview,this study extracts the elements that constitute college students' fragmented reading behavior,describes the behavior characteristics of college students' fragmented reading,and analyzes the factors that influence college students' fragmented reading.This study firstly conducts a literature survey on the relevant researches on the fragmented reading behavior of college students at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status.On this basis,the following three research questions are proposed :(1)describe the mobile fragmented reading behavior of college students,extract the elements that constitute the fragmented reading behavior of college students,and analyze the characteristics of fragmented reading behavior;(2)to deeply understand the influencing factors of college students' mobile terminal fragmented reading behavior;(3)according to the characteristics and components of fragmented reading behaviors of college students' mobile terminals,different strategies for optimizing reading behaviors are formulated.The research results of this study are as follows: the elements that constitute the fragmented reading behavior of college students' mobile terminals include time,space,media and content;Different elements show different characteristics of fragmented reading;Both the main factors and external factors influence the fragmented reading behavior of college students' mobile terminals.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to further optimize the fragmented reading behavior of college students from the aspects of college students' main body,library information resources and reading environment.
