The continuous deepening of the level of social information development has also had a great impact on the field of education.Information technology has caused a series of great changes,such as the choice of teaching content,the reform of educational mode,the optimization of teaching mode,the transformation of learning mode and so on.In order to adapt to the development of educational information and the new requirement of information society to train talents,it is urgent to cultivate students' ability of information learning.Therefore,the evaluation index system of information learning ability of middle school students constructed by this study can provide clear direction for teachers to evaluate students on the one hand,and help students to clearly understand themselves and help students to have targeted learning on the other hand to improve the ability of information learning.Firstly,the concepts of learning ability,information learning ability and information learning ability are defined on the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant literature at present.Information learning ability refers to the ability of learners to actively use information technology in the process of learning in various subjects,to complete the collection,processing and application of information,to effectively improve learning efficiency,and to achieve the optimization of learning process in various subjects.Machine overall.Secondly,the collection,modification and completion of the evaluation index system are completed by literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and the reliability and validity test and item analysis of the scale are completed by using SPSS24.0 analysis software.Finally,a structural system composed of three first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and twenty third-level indicators is formed.Third,the expert consultation method is used to complete the data collection of the relative importance of each level index in the evaluation index system;the data collected by the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the scientific and reasonable index weight value through the calculation of the judgment matrix constructed;thus,the construction of the evaluation index system of the information learning ability of middle school students is completed.Fourth,the current situation of information learning ability of middle school students is studied.On the basis of determining the weight of the evaluation index system,the evaluation scale of information learning ability of middle school students was developed and designed to form the evaluation questionnaire,and the practical exploration was carried out in two schools in L city and Y city to measure the information learning ability and level of 179 students.Finally,on the basis of summing up and analyzing the conclusion of the research,according to the present situation,this paper puts forward the suggestions to improve the students' information learning ability,the use of the "evaluation scale of middle school students' information learning ability ",the shortcomings of this study,the innovation and the future research direction.
