Since the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)" has introduced the development and management of school-based curriculum,it has gradually become one of the important tasks of many primary and secondary school teachers and principals.However,the phenomenon of school-based curriculum development without school-based curriculum management,emphasis on curriculum development but neglect of curriculum management is common in primary and secondary schools,which is not conducive to ensuring the quality of school-based curriculum,but also seriously hinders the development of schools as the subject of curriculum management.In order to give full play to the role of school-based curriculum in promoting students' comprehensive development and school-based curriculum development in promoting the development of teachers' professional ability,guide the elementary and middle schools set up courses management main body consciousness and accurately grasp its school-based curriculum management work,this study attempts to from the perspective of curriculum management features,integrated a number of courses and teaching experts to build school-based curriculum management of the evaluation index system.The paper consists of five parts.The first chapter is "Introduction" that mainly introduces the author's analysis of the research background,the research significance,the research design and methods,as well as the introduction of the definition of relevant concepts and literature review.In order to fully explore the value of limited related documents,the author adopts method of point-by-point narration and the concise and intuitive table form to present the results and problems of previous studies,so as to find its own research direction.The second chapter "The initial construction of the school-based curriculum management evaluation index system",on the basis of clarifying design principles and evaluation objectives,focuses on the analysis of the main content of school-based curriculum management and specific evaluation criteria,which in order to put forward the evaluation index system of school-based curriculum management.The third chapter "Revision of the School-based Curriculum Management Evaluation Index System" mainly introduces the process and results of expert consultation.In order to improve the effectiveness,the author invited a number of professors or doctors in the field of curriculum and teaching to participate in multiple rounds of screening,supplementation and modification of evaluation indicators and standards.The fourth chapter "The perfection of the evaluation index system of school-based curriculum management" includes two parts: the construction of the index weight and the guide of using the index system.The weight of each index is determined by the expert ranking method so as to further distinguish the importance degree of the index.The guide to use of the evaluation index system of school-based curriculum management is helpful to solve the problem of who should evaluate and how to evaluate,so as to improve the practicability of the index system.The fifth chapter "Brief summary" reviews the research process and results,and points out the deficiencies and prospects in the research.
