Middle school stage to a large extent bears the burden of compulsory education,is the key to education.In the new round of curriculum reform of basic education,the implementation of work evaluation of middle school teachers not only affects teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in teaching reform,but also is closely related to teaching effectiveness and teachers’ professional development.At present,China is vigorously promoting the implementation of the teacher evaluation system,although there is some progress,but there are still many problems.Based on the current situation of the evaluation of middle school teachers in China,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview survey,etc.,taking the third experimental middle school in Z county,He Nan province as an example,to study the current situation of the implementation of the evaluation of middle school teachers.By questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,system,this paper analyses the basic situation of teachers,teacher evaluation survey results to implement location,teachers evaluation index,evaluation purpose,evaluation subject and form teachers,teacher evaluation of main basis,and the application of the results,found that at present our country middle school teacher evaluation in the process of implementing,teachers and students’ lack of the consciousness of the implementation of teacher evaluation,teacher evaluation level skills,teachers’ evaluation feedback mechanism is not perfect,and in view of the problems,from the perspective of students,teachers,school three specific countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
