Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Primary And Secondary School Teachers' Professional Development In Poor Counties

With the development of education reform,improve the quality of education becomes the strategic theme in the new period.Rural primary and secondary education is an important part of contemporary Chinese education.How to improve the quality of rural primary and secondary schools is to improve the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers and to improve the overall quality of rural primary and secondary school teachers.In order to adapt to the strategic needs of the development of rural compulsory education,and to improve the professional development level of rural primary and secondary school teachers,this paper investigates the basic situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers in F County of Anhui Province on the basis of previous studies.The professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,and analyze the current situation and analysis of differences,study the external factors and internal factors that affect the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and finally explore the strategies for the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers,suggesting that the government,schools and teachers We will work together to improve the professional development awareness,knowledge and ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers by strengthening communication and training.I hope this article can provide reference for the F county education authorities,and provide suggestions for the rural primary and secondary school teachers in F County to improve their professional development.
