The Case Study Of Judicial Social Workers' Involve Ment In The "Non-prosecution" Of Juvenile Suspects

Under the background of judicial reform in our country,to make lighter,have a strong case to turn over a new leaf to minors,procuratorial organs will be on the inspection,qualified after start the minors "not to prosecute" judicial procedure.The establishment of this judicial procedure is not only an expansion of the protection of minors but also a big step in China's humanized judicial reform.During my internship in a social work institution,I was lucky to participate in the trial purchase project of social work intervention service in the field of "no prosecution" by the people's procuratorate of jinshui district,zhengzhou city.The author under the full support of the people's procuratorate of jinshui district of zhengzhou city,using the case of professional social work method,the strength of the conquering the judicial administrative work serious and current social work services involving the weakness of the narrower field of jinshui district,in the service in order to understand,accept and respect the principles of establishing trust relationship with egotism,and interviews with tools to carry out the social survey to get comprehensive information about egotism.On this basis,the author explores the root cause of the case owner's problem,assists the case owner to solve the problem and successfully passes the investigation period of "no prosecution" procedure under the implementation of the specific help and education plan.The research of this paper is at the service of no specific practice experience,the case for individual case not carried out within the confines of group advantage,in encountered in the implementation of service materials do not conform to the requirements of the people's procuratorate and the judicial interpretation and other issues could not be professional.But the service is significant achievements: the social work intervention in the service smoothly,not only broke the social workers in zhengzhou jinshui district juvenile criminal suspects "not to prosecute the judicial process" zero state intervention,created the social work intervention in the field,and as of jinshui district of zhengzhou city,the development of the service for social work services in other areas to carry out related with field and replication.This paper illustrated the judicial social work intervention in the minor criminal suspects "not to prosecute" field service development,the performance is further intensification of social work service field,also is the accumulation of specific practice case,expanding social work services in the case of the accumulative amount,also for others to carry out the relevant judicial social work intervention services provides the experience for reference.
