Chen Baosheng,Minister of Education,put forward the ideal of "three hearts" education,advocating "living hearts" in middle school teaching,to hope that junior high school students can gradually understand themselves,understand the world and open themselves up through learning.However,there are still some problems in the teaching of moral and rule of law,such as the weakening of teachers 'mental health education,lack of practical teaching links,rigid teaching content and the emphasis on results rather than process,which lead to the junior middle school students' locked-in psychology.Based on the current teaching situation of moral and rule of law,this paper deeply analyses the causes of students' locked-in psychology.The main reasons are as follows: insufficient awareness of students' physical and mental health,inadequate understanding of the purpose of "activating the mind" by teachers,etc.They are committed to exploring and opening students' closed heart from four aspects: strengthening the innovation of moral and legal education methods,broadening teachers' literacy in moral and legal courses,enhancing the interesting content of moral and legal courses,and implementing the relevant system of quality education in schools.In order to improve the self-awareness of junior high school students and their ability to adapt to the society,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the realization of "living heart" in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school.
