The promulgation of the Communist Party of China's No.4 Document "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Construction of Teachers in the New Era" was aimed to promote and build high-quality teachers in the new era.In the process of promoting the reform of the teaching team,the key was to promote the individual professional development of each teacher,and the career planning and management of teachers had become a practical bottleneck restricting the professional development of teachers to a great extent,affecting the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality.Middle school teachers should plan their careers under the guidance of the "people-oriented" concept,create value in life,and fulfill social missions in the process of continuously promoting their growth and fully tapping their potential.This research was based on the theme of "Research on the Preparation of Teachers' Career Planning in Public Schools in Zhangzhou City".It was carried out from three levels: theoretical research,current situation investigation,preparation and implementation.The specific research structure was as follows:Part I: Introduction.Four aspects what included the research origin,research significance,research status and research design were mainly elaborated in this part.Part II: Theoretical selection and concept definition.In this part,the motivation theory and humanistic management theory were chosen as the theoretical basis for research,and the concepts of public middle school teachers,teacher careers,teacher career planning,teacher career planning establishment,teacher professional development and teacher personnel management were defined.At the same time,the characteristics of career planning for middle school teachers were also explained.Part III: The Investigation Status of the career planning of teachers in Zhangzhou public middle schools.Collecting and collating data through questionnaire survey,the research was found that:(1)Regarding the status quo of the understanding of teachers' career planning: from the holistic perspective,the level of the understanding of teachers' career planning in Zhangzhou public middle schools was medium,and the lowest scoring rate in career planning dimension;from the different perspective,the understanding of the teachers' career planning in Zhangzhou public middle schools was affected by group differences,different genders,school types,teaching ages,job titles,and ages.(2)Regarding the the status quo of the implementation of teachers' career planning: about 80% of the survey samples of teachers had preliminary assumptions and designed plans for career development,and the reasons,cycles,development goals,content,major concerns and fit of the plan were considered by different teachers;only more than 20% of the survey samples of teachers were in the process of being implemented and executed,and the plan would be implemented reasonably and effectively through a series of methods and means.Part ?: Problems and attributions of teachers' career planning in Zhangzhou public middle schools.Firstly,the existing problems were summarized through the interview method:(1)the understanding of teachers' career planning needed to be improved;(2)teachers' career planning lacked autonomous development in action;(3)the fit between teachers' individual career planning and school development was not high;(4)The education department lacked attention to teachers' career planning.Then,attribution analysis was made on the career planning of teachers in Zhangzhou public middle schools from the aspects of individual teachers,schools and society.Part V: The preparation and implementation of teachers' career planning in Zhangzhou public middle schools.Firstly,the overall framework design of the Zhangzhou Public School Teachers' Career Planning Program was designed in this section,which mainly includes: the description of the program preparation(main basis,guiding ideology,target tasks),basic principles to be followed,and content settings.Then,the author put forward relevant suggestions for strengthening the implementation of teachers' career planning in Zhangzhou public middle schools.Among them,local governments and education and education authorities should strengthen policy guidance:(1)guide teachers to establish education beliefs and encourage lifelong teaching;(2)strengthen policies Support,scientific planning and guidance;(3)improve the management system of teachers' career planning;(4)protect the rights and interests of teachers and strengthen supervision.School organizations should strengthen leadership management:(1)establish effective communication and communication to promote harmony;(2)focus on teacher needs and strengthen career development incentives;(3)build a career planning management model based on teacher growth rules;(4)pay attention to Teacher development,improve work performance evaluation system.Teachers should take the initiative to develop:(1)increase their awareness of self-career planning;(2)consciously and actively develop and improve their professional quality;(3)strengthen self-reflection and self-management.
