| Compared with other peers,secondary vocational school students have weak learning ability and are in a weak position in basic education,but they will enter the society earlier and face career choices.They urgently need to be led by others to help them plan their future and life.Therefore,the importance of career planning courses is self-evident.With the promulgation of a series of education policies,the implementation of career planning curriculum in secondary vocational schools can be implemented,but there are many problems in the process of implementation.In the early stage,the research on career planning curriculum for secondary vocational students mainly focuses on the curriculum content design,curriculum concept,curriculum teaching mode,curriculum implementation status and diversified development methods,but for the curriculum There is little attention to the effectiveness of teaching,this study will explore this,in order to improve the quality of career planning curriculum teaching suggestions.Based on the literature review,career development theory,teaching process optimization theory and three effect teaching theory,this study takes Nanjing m secondary vocational school as the research object,adopts classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the teachers and students of the school.The research objects are 19 level students and career planning teachers.The questionnaire survey is conducted to 19 level students and teachers and students The results show that: 1.The effectiveness of teachers’ teaching behavior: in general,it has reached the level of regular effectiveness,but not always effective;the main teaching behavior of Teachers The scores of assistant teaching behavior,management behavior and main teaching behavior are all up to the regular effective level,while the scores of main teaching behavior are the lowest.The 15 kinds of teaching behaviors of teachers are also up to the regular effective level,but they are not up to the always effective level.2.Teachers’ teaching effectiveness: it is effective in efficiency level;it is not fully effective in effect level;it is not yet effective in benefit level.3.The factors that affect the effectiveness of vocational school career planning course teaching: Teachers’ professional background,students’ awareness of career planning,teachers’ teaching behavior(questioning,making and implementing classroom rules,adaptive teaching).And according to the results of the survey,in view of teachers’ classroom teaching behavior,to explore strategies to improve the effectiveness of teaching. |
