A Research On The Career Planning And Strategies Of Rural Vocational Education

In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy is facing the transformation of development mode and the readjustment of industrial structure, and society would need the coordinated development of the different levels talents. Therefore, more and more secondary vocational education get more national attention . Consecutive years, secondary school continued expanding enrollment, and this is an important state measure to tpromotes the development and progress of social harmony. To improve the teaching quality of the secondary vocational schools, to make the secondary vocational students plan and design their professional life, the state education department began advocating career education to carry out the work of students, but for a variety of reasons, this work developed slowly in China, there are many lacking and insufficience in practice. Attached great importance to the national "three agriculture" background, the research on career planning education work on rural secondary vocational school students to the development of secondary vocational education in China is of certain reference significance.In this paper, on the basis of existing research from sociology, psychology, education and other subjects point of view, with the relevant guidance of the theory of career planning , by using literature method, questionnaire survey research methods, the author discusses career planning education comparison for secondary vocational students systematically .First, on the current domestic and international career planning education, this paper summarized current research situation to help to get a clear understanding of progress in this field of research and research results; Secondly, this paper expounds the related theory clearly in order to understand what is professional, career, career planning and career planning education meaning, and make career anchor theory clearly to lay a theoretical foundation for the next step for this paper;Again, combined with questionnaires and interviews, the statistical data from different angles expounds Dezhou rural secondary vocational school students career planning education, this paper presents situation and the existence question to analyze the cause for the present situation and existing problems of institutional factors from the social education factors, families, schools and personal factors;Finally, according to the related theories of the career planning,combined with the career planning education and the students current situations and analysis of carreer planning of the secondary vocational schools in rural areas in Dezhou,the paper presents solutions for the rural secondary vocational schools in career planning education.This paper holds that (1) the career planning education is essential process of the education socialization and is to realize the harmonious development of the personal and social education, family, school and society. Relevant personnel should attach great importance to it from the first thought and set up a scientific and reasonable big career planning education; (2)to establish the perfect organization to support and supervise the school career planning of the normal work of education and strengthen the cultivation of professional teachers team is the key to implement the education work; (3) according to different grade the students' cognitive structure and the progressive grade students' cognitive education, quality education, ability development, to set science curriculum and to carry out a whole level career planning; (4) carrying out career planning education should be diverse forms, such as: classroom teaching, theme lectures, mentor coaching system, psychological guidance and campus cultural activities; (5) to integrate family, school and society to establish career planning education network system.
