A Application Research Of Micro Courses In Secondary Vocational School Curriculum “Occupation Career Planning”

Along with the continuous development of knowledge economy,social informatization course and curriculum education reform,the whole society is putting forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents and paying more attention on the improvement of comprehensive quality of teachers.Micro courses as a new form of teaching form and teaching resource,which is innovating our teaching methods and learning methods,is widely used in teaching practice.And the whole society sets off a wave of the research and applications of micro courses.At present," occupation career planning" as a compulsory course in moral courses of secondary occupation school,has an important significance for the growth of students and realization of the value of life.But the effect of the creation is not ideal,and many factors lead to students pay not enough attention and learning enthusiasm is not high.Therefore,playing micro course according to characteristics of micro course to promote the application of micro courses in teaching better,which can play a positive value.The author combined with the teaching practice,taking into account the actual situation and feasibility study,this study selected the “occupation career planning” of secondary vocational school course as the basis of design and application of micro courses in the course of the study.The following work has been carried out in this study.First of all,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature reading,through the interviews with some students and teachers of the secondary vocational school course “occupation career planning”,analyzed the present development situation of micro courses at home and abroad and the application in curriculum of micro courses in secondary vocational schools "occupation career planning",proved the feasibility and necessity of the application of micro courses in secondary vocational school curriculum "occupation career planning”.Secondly,based on the literature reading,analyzing the theoretical basis of micro course application in teaching practice,which provided theoretical support for application of curriculum in secondary vocational schools " micro occupation career planning ".In addition,analyzing the design tool for the micro course?designing the process of micro course and exploring the design process of curriculum of micro course in secondary vocational school “occupation career planning,which provided technical support for application of curriculum in secondary vocational schools " micro occupation career planning ".Last,by using the above theory and technology,designed the " career planning” and “a correct understanding of the employment for the future” these two micro courses,and took them into teaching practice.The application of micro courses in occupation career planning of secondary vocational school curriculum is the innovation of teaching form of teachers and the abundance of learning form of students.It stimulated the interest of learners,the teaching effects,satisfying the overall evaluation.And the application of micro courses in subject teaching promoted the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and the teachers' self development.
