Since the compulsory education history curriculum standard(2011 edition)(abbreviated as "new curriculum standard")came out in 2011,the editions of middle middle school history textbooks have emerged in endlessly,among which Peoples Education Press and Beijing Normal University edition are most commonly used in teaching.With the application of the new curriculum standard to history classroom teaching in middle high school,the Committee of Experts on Basic Education Courses and Textbooks,as a principal unit,has initiated a new round of textbook compilation under the overall planning of the Ministry of Education.The Ministry edited the eighth grade of Chinese history(the first)in 2017 and used it.The use of middle high school history textbooks returned to the "one standard and one copy" norm.This paper makes a comparative study on the compilation content,compilation style and content structure of middle school history textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education edition(2017 edition)and Beijing Normal University edition(2007 edition)by using comparative research,case analysis and empirical research methods.From the compilation,under the guidance of historical materialism,adhere to the correct ideological orientation;take into account the psychological characteristics of students,and implement the content requirements of the curriculum standard.By comparing the differences of compiling styles,the changes of course contents are explained.In the comparison of the content structure of the two versions of history textbooks,the cover,preface,catalogue and appendix,introduction and text structure are the objects of comparison,and the advantages of the two versions of history textbooks are analyzed.Through comparison,it highlights the superiority of the edited history textbooks of middle schools.Based on the specific curriculum content and teaching cases,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the use of the history textbooks compiled by the Ministry,including:attaching importance to the role of the first lesson of school,cultivating the feelings of the country and laying the emotional tone of the whole book;combining curriculum standards,linking textbook content to clarify the specific requirements of teaching objectives;returning to the knowledge points of the history textbooks,focusing on the consolidation of basic knowledge in textbooks.To construct a mind map and establish historical links;to effectively use illustrations and historical materials in textbooks,and to collect curriculum resources in combination with the network,to integrate and serve classroom teaching.The comparative study of textbooks is not only conducive to better integration of different versions of textbooks by teachers,but also conducive to compiling textbooks suitable for students' needs and constantly improving the compilation of textbooks.I hope that this study can provide some reference for middle high school history teaching. |
