With the rapid development of information technology,China has paid more and more attention to the construction of education informationization.Education informationization requires teachers to use more advanced teaching methods and methods to carry out teaching through information technology.To this end,teachers must have higher information.Technical application capabilities.Compared with urban teachers,rural teachers are often more difficult to solve when applying information technology problems due to imperfect school management and inadequate hardware facilities.Therefore,it is very important to conduct research on rural teachers' information technology application capabilities.This study mainly uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods.First,use the literature research method to summarize the research of predecessors in related fields.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the previous studies,the questionnaires for the application of rural teachers' information technology are compiled,and the rural teachers are investigated.The part of the rural teachers' information technology application ability that is difficult to carry out is supplemented by the interview method.According to the survey and interviews,the rural teachers are most interested in the design and production of micro-courses,and difficulties in the production of courseware.Thirdly,after understanding the status quo of rural teachers' information technology application ability,the paper proposes strategies to improve the application ability of rural teachers' information technology,including transforming the learning style of rural teachers,providing learning resources platform for rural teachers and building mobile learning.Training mode,etc.Fourth,the specific practical research on the proposed mobile learning training model mainly includes pre-analysis,training design,training implementation and training evaluation.Fifth,summarize the research and summarize the conclusions and innovations of this research.Points,limitations,and outlook.This study hopes to provide reference and reference for other researchers through the combination of mobile learning and the promotion of rural teachers' information technologyapplication capabilities.
