Since the higher education entered the stage of popularization,the postgraduate enrollment has been greatly expanded,and the new curriculum reform has been promoted,it has continued to study and further study,and the postponement of employment pressure has become the first choice for more and more college graduates.Under the background of the reform of state institutions,the number of new jobs in the society and the number of recent graduates are quite different.The master's degree is no longer a stepping stone for ideal work;the employment scope of sports majors is narrowing,the competition pressure is high,and the contracting rate in the past two years.There has been a decline.Teaching ability is an important indicator to measure the professional knowledge,sports skill level and teaching skills of postgraduate students majoring in physical education.It is one of the core competencies of physical education teachers.It is the touchstone for testing the level of running a university,the strength of teachers and the mode of training.An important guarantee for employment.This study uses questionnaires,field surveys and other methods to understand the specific needs of colleges,primary and secondary schools for the teaching ability of track and field masters under the new situation,with reference to the Beijing Athletic University masters in track and field training program,curriculum,teaching reality,track and field master's degree teaching The actual situation of ability,analysis of the impact of teaching ability on the employment rate and quality of graduate students in track and field.Through investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The quality of students in the track and field of Beijing Sport University is uneven.The ratio of academic to professional students is about 4:6.The number of students in the school is about 48.70%.The motor skills are more comprehensive and standardized,but between individuals.There are differences in sports techniques and sports grades;51.30% of students are outside the school,and there is a large gap between the individual's motor skills and the level of exercise.The master students who participate in the internship in the system are more standardized in teaching and have stronger teaching ability.(2)The teaching ability of masters and students of track and field in Beijing Sport University has the characteristics of “small and middle-end”,that is,the teaching ability is particularly excellent and the minority is particularly poor,the teaching ability is strong,and the majority is the majority;In addition to the special skill level and teaching ability,the masters of track and field masters are highly correlated and positively related to the quality and teaching ability of their ball or exercise projects.(3)In the past three years,the employment rate of track and field master students in Beijing Sports University has decreased,but the average employment rate of 92.31% and the occupational career rate of teachers of 84.35% are still maintained.The employer has a high overall satisfaction with the teaching ability of the masters of track and field in Beijing University of Physical Education.It has higher satisfaction with the graduates' "exercise demonstration" and "teaching organization implementation" ability,and the "teaching evaluation ability" and "teaching case writing quality" for graduates.The performance satisfaction is lower.
