| Since the enrollment of higher education has been expanding,the number of graduate students in colleges and universities has been increasing,and the quality of master’s graduate training has declined,resulting in an increase in the pressure of master’s employment.The subject characteristics of sports determine that the employment field of sports masters is relatively narrow,the competition is large and the employment rate is unstable in recent years.Therefore,the employment situation of sports graduate students is not optimistic.Among the many influencing factors of sports master’s employment,their own factors are in the first place,and the factors affecting employment include master’s personal basic situation,their own quality,employment ability,employment concept,career planning and so on,which is an important condition for sports master’s to achieve successful employment.In this paper,the methods of field survey and questionnaire survey are used to explore the training plan,personal situation,self-quality,employment concept,career planning and employment status of 447 master’s graduates from 2016 to 2019 of Beijing Sports University,Athletics College and Swimming College.The following conclusions were drawn from research:(1)The employment rate of masters of sports,track and field colleges and swimming colleges is lower than that of national college students and lower than that of sports and art colleges.Employment is also unstable and volatile.However,the rate of signing tripartite agreements and contracts has remained above 50% in recent years,which is higher than that of other sports and art colleges and universities.Therefore,the quality of employment is higher than that of other sports and art colleges.(2)The Master’s degree in athletics,track and field,and swimming colleges all belong to the Master’s degree in physical education,which is more professional than other subjects,so employers prefer sports masters with higher sports grades in the recruitment process.The total number of students enrolled in the competition,track and field colleges and swimming colleges is 40.27%,and the number of students without sports grade 39.60%.In addition,the employer also attaches importance to the students’ internship experience,academic ranking,language expression ability,communication and communication skills and other comprehensive qualities.However,gender discrimination is common in employers,and some units in first-tier cities have regional discrimination,so the success rate of employment is higher for men,places of origin and places of employment.(3)There are generally some problems such as the lack of grass-roots employment consciousness,the lack of social consciousness of dedication,the lack of self-employment consciousness and the deviation of employment value in the employment concept of the Northern Sports Competition,track and field colleges and swimming colleges.In dealing with the problem of employment,some students lack systematic employment planning,vague sense of employment,unclear self-positioning,and unclear understanding of severe forms of employment.In the face of recruitment,early stage is not active,not active,inadequate preparation.Some students themselves realize that they have missed the best opportunity when they need employment,which is one of the main reasons for the low employment rate. |
