However,free normal education are carried out in only6subordinate Normal University, thescope of implementation, implementation method, employment measures and so on,caused great influence in society. Many experts advocate, free normal educationshould expand the scope of implementation, many Provincial Normal University werealso tried a small scale, but for the Provincial Normal University to implement freeeducation for normal college students do not further study.This paper is the research background and research value, domestic andinternational literature review, concept definition, research methods and significance.The second is through the analysis of the status of implementation of free normaleducation to subordinate normal university admissions, respectively from the threeaspects of employment, training, to conduct the research, obtains the success andshortcomings from.
