Individualized teaching is based on respecting individual differences of students,by accurately analyzing learning content,following scientific cognitive principles,optimizing organizational teaching methods,flexible teaching organization,using information technology,creating an interactive learning environment,timely diagnosis and evaluation guidance,etc.To enable each student to get the right learning opportunities and to get fully developed teaching.This study used a combination of questionnaires and personal interviews.The questionnaire surveyed 580 ordinary high school students in H City,A province,and interviewed 6 teachers at random,and investigated the status of individualized teaching in ordinary high schools.The results of the study are as follows: the individualized teaching level of ordinary high schools in H city is medium;the average individualized teaching of urban schools is higher than that of rural schools,and the strategies for cultivating metacognition and the strategies for teaching generation are significant in urban and rural areas;The total score of the teaching is higher than that of the model school.The differences in the strategies for teaching students to evaluate are significant.The differences in the strategies for providing challenging content and cultivating research skills are extremely significant.The total grades of individualized teaching in H-Senior high schools are extremely significant.The high school score is higher than the second year;the second year is higher than the high one.Combine interviews to study the status quo of individualized teaching in ordinary high schools,and understand the problems existing in ordinary high schools:At present,there is still much room for improvement in individualized teaching in ordinary high schools;attention is paid to students' ability to solve problems,ignoring the ability to study problems;the content of teaching is solidified,and the evaluation mechanism is single;the individualized teaching of ordinary high schools has urban-rural differences;the form of teaching organization is not flexible;The utilitarian tendency of training targets is serious.According to the characteristics of the individualized teaching status of ordinary high schools,suggestions are put forward for the implementation of individualized teaching in H city high school: strengthen the overall planning,the education authorities actively play a leading role;focus on guiding,the school vigorously promote the implementation of individualized teaching;adapt to development,teachers effectively improve Personalized education literacy.
