Under the background of "Experimental Outline of Vocational Guidance Education in Ordinary Secondary Schools(Draft)," "Guidance Outline for Ordinary Secondary Schools(Trial Implementation)," "Vocational Education Law," "National Program for Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)" and "New College Entrance Examination Reform",it is of great significance to implement career education in Ordinary High Schools.Based on the current situation,this paper analyses the problems and reasons reflected in the survey,and puts forward the strategies to promote the "trinity" of career education in Guangzhou senior high schools.This paper summarizes the achievements of career education for mature senior high school students abroad,defines the core concepts of career,career education and "trinity" in combination with the countermeasures and suggestions of domestic and foreign scholars on the implementation of career education for senior high school students,and guides the research practice with Ginsberg's theory of career stage and Schuber's theory of career stage.Designing questionnaires for teachers' and students' editions,interview syllabuses for teachers' and students' editions,school leaders and staff of educational administration departments,selecting provincial and municipal demonstration schools(Guangdong Experimental Middle School,Nanwu Middle School),District key schools(Peiying Middle School,Guangzhou Second Foreign Language School),general schools(17 Middle School,81 Middle School)In order to investigate the sample of these six schools,30 leaders,180 teachers,360 students and 360 parents of students in six schools,and 26 staff members of the education administration department in Guangzhou city were investigated.Through practical investigation,it is found that there are some problems in career education of Guangzhou ordinary senior high schools,such as the career education system has not yet fully entered the senior high school stage.Although senior high school students are eager to know themselves,universities,professions and society,school leaders and teachers do not attach enough importance to the development of career education,lack of social support for career education of ordinary senior high schools,and lack of a complete career education course for senior high school students.The reason is that there are four reasons for the problems of career education in Guangzhou senior high schools: co-education mechanism,teaching staff,practice platform and supervision and evaluation.The reason is that there are four reasons for the problems of career education in Guangzhou senior high schools: co-education mechanism,teaching staff,practice platform and supervision and evaluation.Finally,this paper puts forward the "trinity" promotion strategy of career education in senior high schools,which includes: firstly,establishing the promotion mechanism of education and research,realizing the coexistence of school,family and society;secondly,strengthening organizational leadership and propaganda,establishing teachers with high professional quality;thirdly,establishing diversified practice platforms to promote students' multi-channel understanding and experience;fourthly,adding Implementing the inspection and evaluation should be strengthened and the work plans and plans should be implemented earnestly.
