Measure of teachers' team is an important index of teachers' education levels,to a great extent,is also an embodiment of national education quality level.Improve the level of teacher education,especially its duty to raise the level of education before implementation can lay the solid foundation of quality education,also can ensure that students can have a better development.The purpose of this study is to analyze the ordinary high school teachers' education level generally promote the reality of the realism and inevitability,and then try to put forward the general strategic measures to improve the level of of ordinary high school teachers' education in our country,so that from the aspects of teachers' education level,for our country foundation education reform,development and provide some useful reference and reference.Among the teachers in primary and secondary schools,what is the educational level of teachers in ordinary high schools? In the context of teacher education revitalization in the new era,how to promote the general level of high school teachers education level,these issues obviously must be included in the agenda.This study holds that: first,the educational level of ordinary high school teachers presents an obvious trend of bachelor degree or above,but although the proportion of graduate degree increases rapidly,the proportion of graduate degree level of high school teachers in China is relatively low compared with that of foreign developed countries,and there is a big gap and room for rise in this aspect.Second,the quality of the teachers' students is declining obviously.In recent years,the normal colleges and universities recruit students score college enrollment score lower than the normal phenomenon can be seen,attaches great importance to the quality of teachers,from the recruit students for the college entrance examination scores of teachers as well as the way and method,intensify reform,strive for the highest standard of recruit students of normal colleges,narrowing the gap between education and the developed countries.Third,in terms of the strategic choice for the promotion of the educational level of teachers in ordinary high schools,the differentiation strategy should be implemented,paying attention to the regional differences between different disciplines,different provinces and the eastern,central and western regions.At the same time,in terms of the general promotion mode of high school teachers' academicqualifications,it is mainly divided into four types: "bachelor" training mode and "post-bachelor" training mode,"4+2" training mode,"3+3" training mode and "4+3" training mode,which are reasonable choices for the promotion of high school teachers' academic qualifications in China.Among them,the "4 + 3" mode of master of education is one of the best training mode,the advantages of this model reflects in: can a more solid foundation to develop the students' basic knowledge and professional knowledge,master more system and in-depth professional knowledge,professional skills training is complete,the teachers' academic and normal sex more favorable balance and improve both cases,can compare well with basic education development in our country and the international development trend of domestic teacher education of ordinary high school teachers adapt to the requirements of academic level and professional level,can say,this is a more suitable for ordinary high school teacher education training mode of choice to ascend.Fourth,in terms of the optimization of the strategy mode for the general improvement of the educational requirements of teachers in ordinary high schools,the state implements a preferential policy to appropriately expand the enrollment scale and proportion;Expand the channels to ensure the high standards of normal university enrollment;The unification of normal and academic character is carried out to ensure the training quality of existing normal university students.Deepen the reform of education and teaching mode with application-oriented teachers as the core;Increase the input of funds in normal universities and exempt the tuition fees of normal university students;To meet the requirements of the situation,we should deepen the education and teaching reform in normal colleges.On the optimization of the general improvement of the learning level of ordinary high school teachers,it can stimulate the awareness of the improvement of teachers' teaching ability.The school builds a platform for teachers to improve their teaching ability;The administrative department of education escorts the improvement of teachers' teaching ability.
