Increasing,along with the social competition, the competition of colleges is specially intense. As one of the school competitive power,the quality of teacher manifests, has been valued by various universities. Along with era of knowledge economy, the university teachers belong to the high-level knowledge community, but obsolescence of knowledge causes the university teacher resources to develop imperative again. Through the establishment effective teacher training system can solution this question.The KY professional technology institute is situated in the western of our country, at present this school has become the first batch national appraisal outstanding quality colleges and universities, and obtains the Ministry of Education and the Y province key support national construct with proper priority demonstration quality colleges and universities. Grows strong unceasingly along with the school, the original personnel system highlights the question which training is insufficient, caused this school teaching and administrative staff to train the enthusiastic not higher phenomenon the appearance. Has used methods and so on system analytic method, causal relation analytic method and apply theory to reality in the design training system's plan.We hope through improves this school teacher quality to this case's research, obtains the competitive advantage for this school to create the condition.
