Education is the foundation of the rejuvenation of the country,and teachers are the source of the rejuvenation of the country,and an important force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.In 2021,the Ministry of Education and other six departments issued the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Reform of the Construction of University Teachers in the New Era,which emphasized that strengthening the ideological and political quality of university teachers and the construction of teacher ethics is the primary task,and improving the professional quality and ability of teachers is the key.On October 16,2022,the report of the Second Tenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that on the road of building China into a modern socialist power,the modernization construction should be supported by talents,and proposed the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.College physical education teachers are in an important position in college physical education,and college volleyball teachers are an important part of physical education teachers.By focusing on training and improving professional emotion of college volleyball teachers,focusing on the professional status,ideological quality,ideological style of college volleyball teachers and the construction of teachers’ ethics,the professional quality of college volleyball teachers can be continuously deepened.It is of great practical significance to fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of college teaching team members and build excellent teaching team.Therefore,how to effectively improve the professional emotion and professional quality of college volleyball teachers is an important topic in academic circles in recent years.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of professional identity and job involvement of volleyball teachers in universities in Guangdong Province from the aspects of gender,age,educational background,teaching experience and professional title.Statistical software SPSS19.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to conduct exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive analysis,independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis.According to the research,the following results and conclusions are drawn.The research results:1.The average values of professional identity and job involvement of college volleyball teachers in Guangdong Province were both 4.02,the score of professional behavior norm dimension in professional identity scale was 4.19,and the dimension of professional belonging was 3.92;In the work engagement scale,the dedication dimension scored 4.07 and the vitality dimension scored 3.87.2.There are significant differences in professional identity of volleyball teachers at different ages,and the identity of old teachers over 56 years old is significantly higher than that of 26-35 years old teachers(P<0.05).3.There are significant differences in professional identity of volleyball teachers in universities with different academic qualifications,and the identity of teachers with doctor’s degree is significantly higher than that of teachers with master’s degree(P<0.05).4.There are significant differences in professional identity of volleyball teachers in universities with different teaching ages.Teachers with rich teaching experience over 30 years are significantly higher than young teachers with 1-5 years of teaching experience(P<0.05).The volleyball teachers of different teaching years also have significant differences in job involvement,and the teachers of 21-25 years are significantly higher than those of 1-5 years(P<0.05).5.There are significant differences in professional identity of volleyball teachers in universities with different professional titles,and teachers with professor titles are significantly higher than new teachers with assistant titles(P<0.05).6.The correlation coefficient between professional identity and job involvement of college volleyball teachers in Guangdong Province is above 0.6.The regression equation of professional identity and job involvement of college volleyball teachers is as follows: job involvement =1.125+0.266* professional role identity +0.187*professional sense of belonging +0.144* professional code of conduct +0.119*professional value identity.Research conclusion:1.The overall level of professional identity of volleyball teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is above the medium level,with good sense of identity and commitment,good professional professional ability of teachers,and poor belongingness of young teachers with contract status;Teachers have a high dedication spirit in the work involvement,and the teaching workload is not proportional to the salary,which makes teachers weak in the vitality dimension.2.The professional identity of volleyball teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province has significant differences in demography such as age,education,teaching age and professional title,but no significant differences in gender.There are significant differences in the work involvement of volleyball teachers at different teaching ages in Guangdong Province.However,there was no significant difference in gender,age,professional title and educational background.3.In terms of high age and low age,high professional title and low professional title,and high education and low education,the former is higher than the latter,indicating that the older the volleyball teachers in universities in Guangdong Province are,the longer their teaching experience is,the richer their teaching experience is,and the higher their sense of identity and involvement is.4.There is a significant correlation between teachers’ professional identity and job involvement,and the influence of teachers’ professional identity(independent variable)on job involvement(dependent variable)is positive and significant.Therefore,the job involvement of volleyball teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is directly affected by professional identity.
