Guide and promote the transformation of part of the undergraduate course colleges and universities into application of technical colleges not only a national policy for the government, is also an inevitable choice for the current situation of the development of undergraduate education. Teachers as the body of transformation of the undergraduate course colleges and universities, what their attitude towards transformation was, what the real factors affecting teachers' attitude are, is the problem that this paper will explore.With ordinary teachers in ten transition pilot colleges in jiangxi province as the research object, by literature research, investigation method and comprehensive induction as the main research method, feature transformation of the undergraduate course colleges and universities teachers' attitude and its influencing factors questionnaire as a research tool, surveyed and analyzed the attitude and its influence factors of the teachers in the transformation undergraduate course colleges and universities.Research conclusion:(1) The attitude of teachers in the transformation of undergraduate course colleges and universities above the general average level. In between the three dimensions of attitude, behavioral intention level higher than the cognitive level, cognitive level above the level of the emotion;(2) With different gender, teaching age, different age, marital status, education undergraduate course colleges and universities of the transformation of different titles and different disciplines, teachers' attitude has significant difference;(3) Ideas and personal ability are the real factors affecting transformation undergraduate course colleges and universities teachers' attitude.Countermeasures and Suggestions:(1) Establish the technical concept of humanistic education, cultivates people avoid tool;(2) The shift personnel training mode, pay equal attention to theory and practice;(3) Break the level of education system, all kinds of education develop with equality;(4) Based on the existing teachers, to strengthen the practical skills training;(5)Improve teachers' employmentstandards, the establishment of double type teachers team.
