With the rapid development of urbanization,urban space expands rapidly.One of the inevitable results is that large areas of agricultural land has been occupied,a large number of farmers have lost the land they live on,and have been forced to give up the traditional self-sufficient lifestyle and leave the hometown where they have been rooted for many years to flow into urban life.Under the current land expropriation policy in China,the state generally gives one-time compensation to the landless farmers to make up for their losses.In other words,farmers who depend on the land need to change their working concept and enter other industries to find a way out.However,the overall level of education of land-lost farmers in China is low,and they lack the necessary skills for re-employment,so they are in a weak position in the job market,and it is difficult to achieve re-employment Land-lost farmers not only have difficulty in obtaining stable economic sources in cities,but also face an embarrassing situation in life.Living habits formed in the rural areas for a long time make them seem incompatible in the city.They are even stigmatized and labeled as low-quality and provincial.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to establish a social governance pattern of co-governance and sharing and strengthen the construction of community governance system.Community is the carrier of city,the cell of city and the bridge of citizenization of land-lost farmers.To some extent,the quality of life of land-lost farmers in the community can reflect their integration into the city.Based on this,this paper applies the professional method of social work to investigate and interview landless farmers in FX community and its jurisdiction area K,comprehensively understand their life and development in the city,and deeply analyze the problems they encounter in the process of urban integration.On the basis of the previous research and analysis,combined with the existing community governance experience of FX community,this paper proposes feasible ways to solve the problem of urban integration of land-lost farmers and enrich the research on urban integration of land-lost farmers.This paper is divided into four chapters to study the integration of land-lost farmers into the city.The first chapter introduces the significance and value of studying the citizenization of land-lost farmers,sorts out the existing research results at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts in this paper,and points out the relevant theoretical support of this paper.The second chapter introduces the general situation of FX community in Hefei,mainly from the aspects of development history and governance system of FX community.The third chapter analyzes the FX community land-lost farmers into the present situation and the plight of the city,in FX K returned village community in the community,for example,from the level of economy,life level,employment,social security,identity and community affairs participation discusses several dimensions such as the present situation of land-lost farmers,analysis and classification of the land-losing farmers faced by cities into dilemma.The fourth chapter discusses land-lost farmers into urban community governance strategy,respectively from promoting land-lost farmers"time-space migration",enhance social support networks of urbanization of land-lost farmers,helping farmers"cultural immigrants"and the system guarantee of the urbanization of land-lost farmers,strengthen farmers community identity and professional get actively involved in social work,providing personalized service and so on six aspects,in order to put forward the feasible land-lost farmers community governance path,solve the problem of land-lost farmers city into.
