Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China has continuously emphasized the development of innovative urbanization and continuously promoted the process of new-type urbanization.Under this guiding ideology,all localities have coordinated urban and rural planning to accelerate modernization and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In this context,"land-lost farmers" communities,as a special community form,are abundant and will continue to emerge,which puts forward new requirements for the implementation of innovative social governance in grassroots communities in China.Under the guidance of the theory of "community-oriented",this study takes the practice of social work participating in community governance of M village,a community of land-lost farmers in Zhengzhou as a case study,and explores and presents the practical logic of social work participating in community governance of land-lost farmers through qualitative research methods.This study firstly sorted out the construction history of M village in the process of urbanization,and described the governance difficulties such as the chaotic pattern of community rights,the lack of policy "cohesion" in the community,residents' identity crisis,interest conflict,low residents' public participation rate,and community environmental degradation.Found is dominated by the government to buy community service project "three social linkage mechanisms,for land-losing farmers to participate in community governance provides a way of social work,the government leading,social worker,social organization and cooperated by the linkage of the community,diversity management main body to community environment management as the breakthrough point,integrate all resources,actively cultivate the community volunteer team,through the relationship between community construction and development of" green economy "to solve the employment problems of land-lost farmers,to promote community participation,promote the land-lost farmers identity,community environment governance" five one "community construction,to meet farmers community governance dilemma,And it is devoted to restore the self-government function of land-lost farmer community.??This study found that would work of land-losing farmers to participate in community governance practice logic is: the macro level,the policy guidance of constructing the pattern of diversity in work,is the land-lost farmers in community governance and the sustainability of autonomy,multivariate main body participation in the policy guarantee,and "linkage" three clubs,social workers,social organizations and community mechanism of community work reality,constitute the basis of the practice of social work land-losing farmers to participate in community governance;In practice,the "mutually beneficial" Shared community co-governance pattern under the complementary advantages of local experience and professional social workers,as well as the "five-in-one" community construction based on this pattern are the practical process of social work participating in the community governance of land-lost farmers.The relief of community governance dilemma is the result of social work participating in community governance of land-lost farmers through specific practices under the local path and practice mode.??Under the background of the large number of communities of land-lost farmers,we should firstly provide institutional guarantee for the community governance of land-lost farmers with the further improvement and development of localized social work system and diversification of social service projects.Secondly,the "five-in-one" community construction practice of land-lost farmers' communities promoted by integrating social work strategies will gradually restore the self-governance function of land-lost farmers' communities and respond to the national innovative social governance with the innovative governance practice of grassroots communities.
