Research On The Practice Of "Duplex" Interaction Service Between Social Workers And Volunteers

After the introduction of the social work profession in China,it began to explore how social work should develop.Since 2007,Shenzhen has issued relevant documents to begin practicing the linkage mechanism between social workers and volunteers.In recent years,through the linkage practice in Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Gansu,it has been found that both group forces have corresponding developments through government support for advocacy and promotion of linkage practice.Today's "home" society mostly manages and manages communities.The increase in demand for community services by community residents has led to a variety of community services.In order to better meet the requirements of community residents,the practice of social service and volunteers' linkage services can maximize the satisfaction of satisfaction and have great practical significance.The author wants to have a deeper understanding of how linkage services are practiced,so I chose this topic to explore and hope to gain insights from participating in project practice.Although the nature of social work and volunteer service are the same,they still differ in other factors.How to better promote the linkage between the two,how to better cooperation and development,how to better use of social resources,these related issues need us to discover and explore,and jointly explore solutions.This article analyzes the background of the development of social work and volunteer service,summarizes and summarizes the current domestic and foreign related literature,describes and summarizes the domestic cities that conduct linkage practice,and provides experience for the latter.Taking the Zhenxing community in Zhangjiagang City as an example,the development status of community social workers and community volunteer teams was described through action observation methods,in-depth interviews,and community work methods.Using role theory,self-realization theory,and community building theory,a detailed introduction to the revitalization of community “social worker+ volunteer ” comprehensive service project was carried out,and the implementation process was analyzed in detail.Finally,the problems found in the implementation process were analyzed: the actual needs of the community residents were not investigated in the early stage of the project,the motivation for community volunteer participation was insufficient,and there was a lack of two-way communication between the two;thus,relevant countermeasures and recommendations were put forward: Detailed investigation and establishment were conducted.Inherent incentive mechanisms,integration ofdecentralized resources,etc.Promoting the interaction between social workers and volunteers in order to achieve true linkages is conducive to the development of a close relationship between the two,the growth of both teams,together to promote improvement.Community volunteers participate in community services to increase their sense of belonging and self-enhancement needs,thereby spreading and improving the community culture and promoting community harmony.
