Ecological prose is a kind of prose that has appeared in Taiwan since the 1980s,and ecological prose's source is profound and rich.China's ancient thoughts of Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism about"nature and humanity" and European and American's modern environmental literature,which are take the basics of rich thought and theory for the Taiwan contemporary ecological prose.Chinese traditional literature and modern western ecological environmental protection literature provide a variety of reference for the development of Taiwan's ecological prose literature.At the same time,with the newspaper's supplement and the rise of reportage that provide an opportunity for ecological prose development,thus it is develop rapidly.Of course,the rapid development and prosperity of ecological prose is closely related to the historical background and social background,whose natural ecological was destructed because of the active pursuit of rapid economic development in Taiwan.This paper attempts to take the ecological prose of the Chinese textbooks of Taiwan middle school as the breakthrough point,first of all,reorganizing the development background of the ecological prose of Taiwan,Secondly,according to the content and forms,summarizing the exploration and innovation of ecological ethics and lyrical modes,which are included in the ecological prose of the Chinese textbooks of Taiwan middle school,Thirdly,researching and discussing the teaching status of education and ecological prose reading and writing in Taiwan,Finally,through the comparison between the ecological prose compilation and teaching in the Chinese textbooks on both sides,drawing the similarities and differences between the two sides and learn from each other.
