nowadays,physical exercise is particularly important as the learning workload of primary school students continue to increase.In order to implement the guiding ideology of health first,strengthen physical education in schools,promote students to actively participate in physical exercise,and develop good exercise habits,schools attach importance to the status of physical education in teaching,and include physical education in the core training scope for a long time.The improvement of physical fitness has a great impact.Increasing the core training can obviously feel that the fitness rate of each test will increase.Only when the physical health of the students is improved can the students develop in all directions.In summary,the increase of core training will have the following positive effects: on the one hand,it promotes the improvement of the physical education level of primary school students in our country;on the other hand,it promotes the overall development of students' physical fitness and thus achieves the effect of exercising.It can be seen that it is necessary to increase core training.The key is to increase the appropriate education curriculum in schools,implement them in practice,give full play to the role of core training,and enable primary school students to develop in all aspects,improve their physical health and make an excellent primary school students.This article is aimed at the physical development characteristics of fourth-grade primary school students,and carries out core strength training to promote the improvement of physical fitness of primary school students.This article uses core strength training as a factor to test whether core strength training can promote the physical fitness of primary school students.This research uses the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method.In the fourth grade of Dongming Primary School in Shijiazhuang City,a class was selected as the test class,and another class was selected as the control group.The 25-minute pre-test class is based on the standard content of the primary school curriculum,and the targeted core strength training is performed 15 minutes later.The control group was normally trained in the standard content of the primary school curriculum:3 lessons per week,40 minutes each,for 12 weeks,for a total of 36 hours.The tests were performed twice---once before the experiment and once after the experiment.The test included all physical fitness tests for primary school students,the closed eyes standing test,and the one foot and closed eyes standing test.After 12 weeks,the second test was conducted.The research results are as follows:(1)Through core strength training,the physical fitness level of primary school students can be improved,which has a positive effect on the physical and mental development of primary school students.(2)The positive influence of core strength training on the balance of primary school students is obvious.There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the test.(3)It is learned in the experiment that the core strength training has a certain promoting effect on the development of body shape of primary school students.The core strength training has a positive influence on the body shape of primary school students.
