Core strength training is one of the earliest strength training method,applied to the field of fitness and rehabilitation in the early 1990 s,foreign scholars and coaches gradually aware of the human torso muscles and physical deep small muscle group the importance to improve athletic performance.Since then,foreign scholars and coaches have increased the research on the trunk muscles,and gradually put forward the concept of core strength training,and then introduced the core strength training into the training of competitive sports.With the development of mass sports and the improvement of the importance of campus sports,the school physical education is not satisfied with the traditional methods of strength training.With the introduction of core strength training in China,it has become one of the issues that many scholars and teachers are concerned about how to carry out the scientific and effective core strength training for young people.Students are in a period of growth and development of the body,the body quality is the overall foundation stage,students should continue strength training,especially the small muscles and deep muscles,and the big muscles of collaborative development,strength training is of great help for sports students future performance and improve sports performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the core training method for the physical quality of pupils.In this paper,the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics are used to study and analyze the effect of core strength training of pupils.The 40 grade six students of grade six in Zhouzhuang experimental middle school in Jiangyin city were taken as experimental subjects,and the subjects were divided into experimental and control groups.During the experiment,20 minutes of core strength training for the experimental group in Physical Education in the general training time,the control time of general training group in Physical Education in 20 minutes of traditional strength training,after 15 weeks of experimental training,carries on the test to reflect the 7 evaluation indexes of physical quality six grade students,and data statistics and analysis of the experimental results,and draw the following conclusions:1.15 consecutive weeks after the experiment,whether the introduction of core strength training in training,or traditional strength training,can improve the quality of primary school students.Performance in the seven sports quality after the experiment has improved in varying degrees,and there are two physical qualities there are significant differences.2.primary school students in the sports teaching introduction of core strength training has a good training effect,in comparison to the experimental group and the control group of seven evaluation indexes of physical quality of students in the sixth grade after the experiment,the sit ups and throwing solid ball after the experiment there were significant differences.3.core strength is determined not only determine the primary school students physical factors,experiments show that although the core strength training can improve 50 m,50*8,jump and standing long jump performance,has a certain effect on the speed,strength,agility and endurance increased,but no significant difference.4.through the experimental research,the control group and the experimental group,after the experiment,the physical quality of each index scores have increased in different amplitude.In the core strength training group,sit ups and forward throwing solid ball scores were significantly better than the traditional strength training group.50 m run,8*50 m shuttle run,sit up,jump and standing long jump results,the experimental group and the control group was not significantly different,so the core strength training to improve the above project results compared to traditional strength training without obvious advantage.5.although core strength training can not replace the traditional strength training in school physical education,it is a useful supplement to traditional strength training.Research shows that the core strength training method can be used as one of the methods of strength training for primary school students.
