In recent years,the introduction of key capabilities has originated from the core literacy system and is inextricably linked with the student's ontology.After the launch of the core literacy of Chinese students in 2013,there was only a general training direction for students,and they were not specifically implemented in the disciplines,and the division of the school sections was very few.At present,the 2017 version of the new high school sports curriculum standard has been officially introduced to the whole country.However,how to cultivate the key ability of high school students under the new curriculum standard,design a specific and operable training program,make students develop comprehensively,achieve lifelong development finally is the current problem to be solved.Therefore,under the promotion and implementation of the new curriculum standards for high school sports,systematic research on the cultivation of students' own abilities should be strengthened.The teaching ability and innovative ability of high school physical education teachers also need to be continuously explored and studied.On the basis of implementing the new curriculum standards for high school sports,the previous teaching methods of physical education teachers are changed,aiming at the better combination of the comprehensive development of students and the effective teaching methods of teachers.From the perspective of cultivating students' key abilities in high school physical education curriculum,the author explores the current situation of the cultivation of key abilities of high school physical education students,and designs targeted training programs based on the current situation of the survey,in order to solve the key abilities of students under the high school physical education curriculum.The problem provides a real and effective reference program for the training of key students in the physical education curriculum at all stages of high school.On the basis of the new curriculum standards for sports,the author designed the key ability training program for high school physical education students as the research object,and used the literature data method to extensively collect books and related literature of the student training program series,and related reading comprehension and induction.The Delphi method was used to complete the construction of key competency indicators for high school physical education students,and the weight value of the indicators was determined.Based on the completion of the indicators,the student survey questionnaire was designed,and then according to the author's interviews with high school physical education teachers and survey areas.On the basis of the combination of theory and field investigation,this paper analyzes the status quo of the training of key students in high school physical education curriculum,and proposes relevant countermeasures for the existing problems,and finally designs a specific training program.After research,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The structure of the key ability indicators of high school physical education students is mainly divided into three first-level indicators: cognitive ability,athletic ability,and moral ability.There are 6 secondary indicators: health cognitive ability,motor cognitive ability,general physical ability,special sports ability,sports character ability,sports moral ability.There are 24 three-level indicators: the ability of physical exercise consciousness,the ability of health knowledge learning,the ability of self-emotion regulation,the ability to adapt to the living environment,the ability of movement perception,the ability of movement memory,the ability of technical and tactical thinking,the ability of speed,the strength Ability,endurance,sensitivity,flexibility,balance,coordination,technical analysis,tactical use,display and competition,teamwork,overcoming difficulties,waiting for people,correct ability to win and lose,obeying rules ability,honesty and trustworthiness,and fair competition.(2)On the basis of determining the structure of the key ability indicators of high school physical education students,the weight analysis of the indicators,combined with the teacher interview outline,provides a reasonable explanation for the indicators.(3)Based on the requirements of the evaluation criteria for the new high school physical education curriculum(2017 version),the evaluation criteria for the key competency indicators of high school physical education students were formulated.(4)Combining the index content and evaluation criteria to design the questionnaire of key ability of high school students,using random sampling method to distribute the questionnaire,and summarizing the collected questionnaires,and analyzing the factors affecting the current status of key ability training of high school physical education students:the level of professional ability of physical education teachers is insufficient.,the teaching of teachers is not directly proportional to the students' learning and some students have poor self-levels.(5)Based on the influencing factors in the current situation of the survey,combined with the curriculum of the new sports curriculum(2017 version)and the theoretical basis of sports physiology,sports psychology and school physical education,a specific training program was designed.According to the 2017 edition of the "Standard for Senior High School Sports and Health Curriculum",the high school section is divided into three school years,and the training plan is designed in turn for these three school years.Firstly,the training objectives are determined,and the three school years are divided into three levels: the foundation of the firstyear of school,the consolidation of the second year of school and the development of the third year.On the basis of the training objectives,the students' cognitive ability,athletic ability and sports morality are separately developed,and finally the corresponding teaching evaluation is selected to complete the high school middle school training program design.
