China's master program of Sports Pedagogy and Training has been constantly inheriting, developing and innovating, and is now essential to improve graduates'knowledge structure. With the growing demand for high quality talents and the scale of domestic graduate education, we have to explore through practice and build up a scientific program of Sports Pedagogy and Training for graduates. The running of the program should improve as time goes and meet the various demand of society through constantly adjustment and reformation.This article studies 12 universities in northeast China who have run opened the program Sports Pedagogy and Training and analyzes the program in different universities by the methods of documentation, expert interview, statistics, investigation and logical analysis respectively.By analyzing the program in the 12 universities in terms of training objectives, human ability, research major, program structure, proportion of class hours and credits, and satisfaction of society, we come to the following conclusions: 1,To meet society's demands for talents, the program of Sports Pedagogy and Training has shifted its focus from theory research to the study of sports event2,courses are well planned3,The universities have clearly defined Practice and have practice included in the evaluation.At the same time, we also find some shortages .For example some institutes have a disproportion between the degree courses and optional courses. They focus too much on degree courses and grant fewer scores for the optional ones And there is no variety in the running of the optional courses. Some institutes put major focus on theory but miss the importance of practice. Someone open courses only according to professors'academic interests but fail to use a scientific method. Most students are not so capable of practice, creativity and activity. Considering the problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: students ability and creativity hould be further developed, more optional courses should be provided; the program should be more flexible, a proportion of practice courses should be able to enhance students'ability in practice and meet the standards reguired by career market for professionals.
