With the development of economy level and the change of educational concept,The education of children is more and more inclined to early childhood.Early childhood,especially 3 to 6 years of age,is the golden age of the formation of human character and values.The education of this period has a far-reaching impact on children's life.In order to achieve standardized and scientific pre-school education,improve teachers' professional literacy and professional skills,and thus to promote the all-round development of children's moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic quality,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Guidelines on Learning and Development for 3-6-year-olds(hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines ”)in 2014.With the continuous improvement of the education laws and regulations and the high attention of the society,the teachers of pre-school education put forward higher requirements from the aspects of professional skills,professional quality,mental health and so on.A strong physique is the foundation of a child's all-round development and physical exercise can promote the development of brain intelligence.However,in recent years,because the physical quality of young people in our country has gradually decreased,primary schools,middle schools and universities have stipulated the time of physical education of students,but the importance of physical education in early childhood is not being focused on.Research shows that early childhood sports practice can determine children's attitude to sports and the sports skills they have acquired.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for pre-school teachers to attach importance to the physical education of young children and whether they have the ability to design and organize the curriculum of sports games.The quality of pre-school teachers plays an important role in teaching.Therefore,this study chooses three vocational colleges in Zhangjiakou as the object of study.Through on-the-spot investigation and data research,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of pre-school physical education in higher vocational schools,and then puts forward corresponding solutions from the aspects of teaching staff and hardware facilities,combined with the actual situation.To improve the ability of preschool teachers to design and organize sports and to provide reference for the reform of pre-school physical education in higher vocational schools in our country.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)According to the investigation of the subjects,there are no separate courses in the three schools for preschool children's physical games education at present.And most schools incorporate them into the physical education classes,but the content involved is not enough and the operability is not strong enough and the attention has not been paid to it.What's more,there is no pre-school sports game teaching in a small number of schools.(2)For the schools that set up sports games courses in preschool education,the teaching and practice are not efficiently connected.Most students do not grasp the essentials,and they do not attach enough importance to the design and organization of sports games in their work,lacking the ability to do so.(3)For the institutions of higher learning which set up pre-school education,we should attach importance to the course of pre-school sports games and carry out the course.The content of re-school sports game teaching needs to contain two aspects: first,let children master the basic knowledge of sports;second,let children learn in sports,master sports skills.Therefore,colleges and universities need to combine theory with practice in the process of training preschool teachers.The course is still in its infancy,and it needs to be innovated and perfected according to the psychological and physical qualities of young children.And then build a teaching system to promote the all-round development of young children.
