Study On The Selection And Training Model Of Wushu Volunteers In Confucius Institutes

In recent years,the Confucius Institute's Chinese volunteer teachers have become increasingly large,including martial arts,music,Chinese dance and other volunteers who are good at Chinese talent.With the increasing number of volunteers across the country each year,the relevant departments have also paid more attention to the selection and training of volunteers.The selection and training of volunteers plays a very important role in the performance and life of volunteers overseas.This paper uses literature analysis to clarify the research background and literature review.Expert interviews were conducted with experts in related fields.In the form of questionnaires,the martial arts volunteers who went to the United Kingdom,Norway,Iceland,Czech Republic,Lithuania,Latvia,South Korea and other countries in 2015-2017 were investigated and selected for detailed analysis from registration,pre-job training and on-the-job status..The main problems in the selection process are: no specificity,no difference in the future work of martial arts volunteers,and the psychological test effect is not clear.The main problems in the training session: lack of training related to martial arts volunteers and language skills in the country,lack of training in theoretical knowledge and skills of martial arts,lack of completion certificates in line with relevant majors,and no unified teaching materials and syllabus.Analyze all the problems and summarize the optimization path suitable for the selection and training of martial arts volunteers at this stage.Selection level: selection must be distinguished;expert judges with long-term overseas martial arts teaching experience;sports and normal colleges,supplemented by professional martial arts schools;attracting active and retired athletes from various provinces and martial arts teams;Hanban United International The Wushu Federation established a long-termcooperation mechanism.Training level: set up a special base for martial arts volunteer training;start with the theoretical system of professional knowledge,combine the characteristics of multi-disciplinary knowledge structure;training in spoken English and martial arts terminology;improve the overall quality of teachers;pay attention to martial arts classroom practice training;Textbooks and video materials,get the corresponding title.Through this research,we hope to improve the current selection and training mode of martial arts volunteer teachers,so that they can be consistent with the changes and innovations of the current teaching methods;and add relevant information on Hanban martial arts volunteer training.In order to provide effective guidance for the selection and training of martial arts volunteer teachers in the future,it provides reference and reference for improving the professional quality and comprehensive ability of martial arts volunteer teachers.
