| In recent years,with the improvement of China's economic level and people's living standards,the number of people participating in outdoor sports has increased rapidly.In particular,the State Sports General Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission and other nine national departments jointly issued the "Mountain Outdoor Sports Industry Development Plan" in 2016.The explosive growth of the outdoor sports related personnel in the mountainous area has led to the explosive growth of the number of participants in outdoor sports.Mountain outdoor sports events have also increased rapidly with the increase in the number of outdoor enthusiasts.From 2011 to 2014,the number has more than quadrupled.This paper takes the mountain outdoor sports competition evaluation index system as the research object,and takes the scholars and experts of the mountain outdoor sports,outdoor competitions,and competition evaluation as the investigation object.Through the literature method,field investigation method,Delphi method,AHP method and other research methods,the evaluation system of mountain outdoor sports events was constructed.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and participating in the field trips,they are designed from five dimensions: the competition's own evaluation,the evaluation of social impact,the evaluation of economic impact,the evaluation of environmental impact and the evaluation of local sports impact.In the evaluation index of outdoor sports events in the mountain,73 third-level indicators were initially selected.Using the Delphi method,17 experts and leaders who are mainly engaged in mountain outdoor sports,outdoor competitions and competition evaluations were selected.After conducting two rounds of expert surveys on the primary selection indicators,the expert questionnaires and consultation opinions will be integrated and analyzed to scientifically and rationally screen and modify the indicators,such as the first-level indicators “evaluation of local sports impacts” and other indicators.The merger was carried out to determine the final evaluation index system,including four first-level indicators,namely,the organization management evaluation,the evaluation of social impact,the evaluation of economic impact and the evaluation of environmental impact,and 13 secondary indicators.There are 63 three-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP method)is used to calculate the weights of the above identified indicators,and the reliable scientific index weights are obtained.On this basis,the three levels of indicators are further explained.The questionnaires are used to consult the experts on the formulation of evaluation criteria,and the specific evaluation methods for the evaluation indexes of mountain outdoor sports events are completed.Finally,a more scientific evaluation index system for outdoor sports events in the mountains was formed. |
