| In recent years, with the rapid development of mountain outdoor sports events, the scale, number and number of participants of the events have increased year by year, and the risk of events has also emerged.Due to the wide range of risks involved in mountain outdoor sports events and the complexity of internal and external influencing factors, risk management is difficult to grasp. The "Silver Incident" that occurred in 2021 fully exposed the emergence of safety issues in mountain outdoor sports events, and there are shortcomings and deficiencies in event management. Therefore,in order to improve the risk research and risk management of mountain outdoor sports events and ensure the high-quality development of the events. This paper studies the risk of mountain outdoor sports events, and is committed to building a universal and predictable risk evaluation index system for mountain outdoor sports events.First of all, fully interpret and analyze policy documents, news reports, and scholars’ research, and use relevant documents as the main framework to formulate a risk evaluation index system;then use group discussions to screen indicators, and initially build a risk assessment system for mountain outdoor sports events Evaluation index system;then use the Delphi method to compile expert questionnaires, and finally determine the risk evaluation index system for mountain outdoor sports events in this study through three rounds of screening, which consists of 5 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators, and 73 third-level indicators Composition, the first-level indicators include event personnel risk, event organization risk, event operation risk, logistics support risk and natural environment risk.Secondly, the index weight is calculated by using the priority diagram method, and the weight coefficients of the indexes at all levels are determined. The weight coefficients of the first-level indexes are 0.3045,0.2227,0.1227,0.2000,and 0.1500.The top five weights of secondary indicators are: athlete risk(0.0969),organizer risk(0.0830),regulator risk(0.0830),financial risk(0.0669),qualification review risk(0.0537).Finally,starting from the five first-level indicators of event personnel risk, event organization risk, event operation risk, logistics support risk, and natural environment risk, through three coping methods: risk avoidance, risk control, and risk transfer, combined with the results of the weight index system On this basis, for indicators with higher weight coefficients, corresponding risk response strategies are proposed. |
