In our country,mountain outdoor sports as an emerging sport attracts a large number of people to participate in it with its distinctive characteristics.More and more people,after satisfying their own material needs,began a spiritual pursuit of higher quality.Mountain outdoor sports,as a sport that combines fitness,leisure,education,viewing and economic value,can meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.Mountain outdoor instructors are the core personnel for mountain outdoor sports.The Chinese Mountaineering Association held the first junior mountain outdoor instructor training class in 2003.In 2018,in order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on National Fitness" on the "professional qualification certificate system for social sports instructors with fitness guidance as a profession",improve the outdoor outdoor instructor practice standards,and promote the Chinese mountaineering association outdoor instructor training system to integrate with national professional qualifications Social sports instructor training system.The Chinese Mountaineering Association organized and organized the training of mountain outdoor instructors with national vocational qualification.In this paper,through theoretical research and empirical research,using scientific theories and methods,the national occupational qualification mountain outdoor instructor training effect evaluation index is selected and the corresponding national occupational qualification mountain outdoor instructor training effect evaluation questionnaire is compiled.This research uses survey method,literature research method,statistical analysis method and logical analysis method combined with multiple expert consultations and training field surveys.Based on the Kohei evaluation model,the national vocational qualification mountain outdoor instructor training effect evaluation index is selected.Among them,there are 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,and 17 third-level indicators.Based on the evaluation indicators,a questionnaire for evaluating the effectiveness of training is developed.A total of 6 training sessions were conducted in 6 provinces including Beijing and Shanghai through questionnaires.Use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the survey results.In this study,the survey method,literature research method,statistical analysis method and logic analysis method were used in combination with multiple expert opinion consultations and training field surveys.Based on the evaluation model,the national professional qualification mountain outdoor instructor training effect evaluation indicators were selected.Among them,there are 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,and 17 third-level indicators.Based on the evaluation indicators,a training effect evaluation questionnaire is formulated.Through questionnaires,a total of 6 trainings in 6 provinces and cities including Beijing and Shanghai were investigated.Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the survey results.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The current training evaluation section of the national professional qualification mountain outdoor instructor training is not perfect.In this study,the selection of training effect evaluation indicators can effectively evaluate the training effect accurately.(2)The actual results of the current national vocational qualification mountain outdoor instructor training are generally better,but there is still much room for improvement.Compared with the evaluation of training process and the evaluation of training results,the score of training background evaluation is lower in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(3)The training results obtained in the six provinces and cities including Beijing and Shanghai have certain differences.(4)Aiming at the actual situation of low training background evaluation index scores and narrowing the differences in training effects across regions.It is necessary to adjust the training objectives reasonably,and strive to match the reasonable training needs of the trainees.Strengthen the qualification review and work review of training contractors,promote exchange and learning among training contractors,and give full play to the role of training organizations as a platform to cooperate with various training contractors to promote the optimization of training results.
