Literacy is a significant component of the Chinese Education in primary school.The key point to solve the problems we confronted is to promote the ability of the teachers in primary school,then it can also elevate the teaching quality fundamentally.The main task of the education in lower classes is to learn the Chinese characters,this makes the teachers take the leading position in this process,so the author entitle this paper as Problems and Solutions of Literacy Education in Primary School.In this thesis,the author analyze the current situation of literacy education,regard it as the research foundation,remind of the existing problems,put forward relevant countermeasure,and thus hope be helpful in this learning process of literacy education.The main research methods adopted in this thesis consist of documents,questionnaires and interviews,and the researching target is the literacy education of S Primary School in city of Harbin.The existing problems include the carelessness of the teachers,outdated teaching methods,the lack of post training for teachers and learning interests of the students,the biased view towards Chinese character teaching and wrong spelling.As regard to the problems of S Primary School in Harbin,the author analyze them from four major aspects: students,teachers,school,and our society.All the endeavor and attempts made here,are to improve the teaching situation,existing problems and the learning motivation of the students;to refine the teachers 'intellectually accomplishment and teaching capacity;to promote the culture of Chinese language,the usage of Mandarin and the education of Chinese literacy in primary school.The author combine the researches of the predecessors,then sum them up to the new viewpoints.In this thesis,the author first raise problems located in the literacy education,then analyze the causes,and finally submit the relevant solutions,with the good hope to enlighten the teachers and students to find the proper way for accelerating their literacy education.The problem behaviors in English classes of primary school will have an adverse effect on the learning effect of learners themselves and other students,at the same time,it will also reduce the efficiency of teachers' classroom teaching.It not only disrupts the classroom teaching order,but also reduces students' enthusiasm and confidence in learning English,forming a kind of disharmonious classroom atmosphere,which will reduce the sense of trust between teachers and students,and destroy the cooperative relationship between teachers and students.As we all know,as an enlightening education for English learning,primary school English education occupies an important position in the whole English learning system of students,and lays the foundation for their future English learning.This paper will take A primary school problem behaviors in English classes as the research object and have a deep investigation of the current situation of problem behaviors in English classes in A primary school of Harbin by synthetically using literature analysis method,questionnaire method,interview method,observation method and so on so that the author can sum up the characteristics and reasons for the current A primary school English classes problem behaviors and have a rigorous analysis of the formation for the English classes problems in primary school.In this paper,the author divided into four chapters to deeply illustrate the problem behaviors in primary school English classes.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly elaborating the question proposed,the research goal and the significance,the literature summary of domestic and foreign present research situation,the definition of the related concepts,the study of the theoretical basis as well as the research method.The second chapter is the investigation part: the author took A primary school problem behaviors in English classes as the research object,carried out a detailed investigation and study by using the method of questionnaire investigation,observation and interviews,and based on them finally summarized and analyzed the survey results.The third chapter is the analysis of the reasons: this paper analyzes the reasons for the problem behaviors in English classes through the investigation and combing of the current situation of A primary school the problem behaviors in English classes,the author got following conclusions: firstly,it have caused problems in listening,speaking,reading,writing and so on due to the physical and psychological problems of primary school students.Secondly,because some English teachers have such problems as outdated teaching concepts,lacking professional competence and improper classroom management methods,which lead to students' problem behaviors such as weariness inlearning English and not confident in speaking English.Thirdly,because the lack of attention to English discipline,unreasonable arrangement of English timetable,which caused students' attention problems,physical and mental fatigue and other problems.At last,due to the lack of a harmonious family atmosphere,which is caused students are prone to irritability,anxiety and other problems.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures of solving problems.Based on the above problems and reason analysis,from the following aspects: English teachers' teaching ideas,professional knowledge,English classroom management skills,self-regulation of students themselves,interest in English learning,innovation of primary school teaching ideas,and harmonious family relationships to improve English classes problem behaviors.At the same time,to put forward to solving the problem behaviors in English classes of primary school by combining of "strengthening theory" and "Krashen's emotional filtering".
