In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and the implementing of talent strategy, the enrollment of university has expanded increasingly in our country, so that the employment situation is getting more and more serious with oversupply of university students and the graduate employment has been a social concern. Both of the employment rate and employment quality should be got involved to research the employment of university graduates. However, we have paid too much attention to the employment rate rather than the employment quality of university graduates which caused the hard situation for them to employ. With the deep study of quality employment launched by some experts and scholars, the employment quality has become an important indicator to assess the level of social employment, the enterprise employment policy and the school orientation, also the achievement of self-worth for university graduates. To solve the employment problems of university graduates, we should not only focus on the employment rate, but also the employment quality deeply. Only studied from these two aspects, then it will be of immense significance to promote our country’s economic development, improve people’s livelihood and the social stability. The research on employment rate has been studied by many scholars, yet less on employment quality. So this paper gets emphasis on the study of employment quality of university graduates.This paper arranged and referred the relevant literatures from the perspective of human capital, then took the university students graduated in Shanxi Province as research object to study the influencing factor on employment quality of university students empirically by questionnaire.In the empirical research, the paper analyzed the collected questionnaire data by using SPSS17.0 system. After checking the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data, three steps were set to research. Firstly, made detailed descriptive statistical analysis about samples of human capital and samples of employment quality of university students; secondly, conducted factors analysis about the human capital indicators and employment quality indicators, 5 key factors were concluded from 8 indicators of human capital, 3 key factors were concluded from 6 indicators of employment quality. Finally, performed the correlation analysis between human capital and employment quality. With the final conclusions, it was found that the learning ability is negative correlated obviously with the satisfaction of employment quality, the learning ability of human capital is low linear correlated with working conditions, the practical ability is also low linear correlated with satisfaction of employment quality, the CET certificates got by university graduates are low related with the level of compensation and benefits, working condition and satisfaction of employment quality. In addition, the other involved indicators of human capital are all positive correlated obviously with other indicators of employment quality.Based on the conclusions, this paper put forward proposals from the government, enterprises, universities and students four aspects for reference to improve the employment quality of university students.
