In vocational education,the operating mechanism of deeper school-enterprise means the structure,function and the interaction relationship of every influence factor as well as the process,principle they exert influence and function and the mode of operation of all these factors Secondary vocational schools is supposed to actively carry out more extensive cooperation with industry and enterprise in their specialty constructions,at the same time they must establish a long-term stable operation mechanism.Building deeper university-enterprise cooperation mechanism is to meet the demand of implementing the supply-front reform and promoting the transformation from the extensive development to the intensive development.It is also necessary for the vocational schools to strengthen the skill training,improve the teaching quality,create a win-win situation and promote the further development of school-enterprise cooperation.This topic starts off with studying the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and solving the existing problems.it is based on the theory of school-enterprise cooperation and the educational theory of demand and the supply.by deeply analyzing the operating conditions of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism the relationship and interaction of different subjects in cooperation,It suits the remedy to the case of problems existing in the current mechanism,finally put forward feasible improvement scheme and provide suggestions and strategies to perfect the current cooperation between vocational schools and enterprise.According to the basic train of thought,finding-analyzing-solving problem,This topic is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It generally puts forward the research background,purpose,significance,theoretical research status,defines the core concepts,identifies the Ideasand methods of the research and Lays a solid foundation for the subsequent analysis.The second part is about the investigation of the statusof the cooperation between secondary vocational school and enterprise.Based on the author's own practice,reasonable design of questionnaire through the Internet and field visit,a lot of investigations have been made.Objective descriptions have been made about the development of cooperation between vocational school and enterprise the effect and the existing problems.It also analyzes the deep reason of the problems.Part three is the analysis to the 1342 school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of Hengshui scientific and technological engineering school.A comprehensive analysis is made to 1342 school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of our school,which is formed in the Model School Project of national secondary vocational education reform.This paper presents in detail the forming background,the fundamental contents and the function to the professional connotation building of the operating mechanism in our school.The authors suggests that this mechanism is a prototype of deeper integration,it breaks through the original pattern and reaches a new level and has great value in theoretical research and extension.Part four is about the construction of the operation mechanism of the deep integration of school enterprise cooperation.Based on the practice of school enterprise cooperation in developed countries,this paper puts forward the specific content which is worth learning from.Compared with the typical practice of the advanced school,this paper puts forward the independent opinions and ideas from four aspects: the foundation,content,operation mechanism and realization way of the school enterprise integration.The aim is to play a role in the innovation of the institutional mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in vocational schools in China and to deepen the reform of school running mode.
