Human beings are "gamers",and in the course of history,games are one of the ways in which human beings and civilizations exist.Sports game is an important part of the game.In the development of society,it has become one of the important ways to improve the traditional physical education teaching mode in schools and liberate students' nature.However,the application of sports games in middle school volleyball class teaching has gradually become a mere form of teaching methods.Physical education teachers overemphasize the interest of sports games and lack the awareness of integrating sports games with volleyball skills and tactics learning and real life.Hard game indicators and lack of challenging game content make students gradually lose the game mentality and game ability,which has produced a restless and tired mentality for volleyball classroom teaching.The recognition and application of sports games by middle school physical education teachers have a direct impact on the teaching effect of volleyball class and the future development of students.At present,the research on the function,effect and value of sports games in physical education is relatively comprehensive in our country,but there is little research on the recognition of sports games by physical education teachers and their application in Volleyball Class teaching.Based on this,this dissertation will take the middle school physical education teachers' cognition of sports games and their application in Volleyball class teaching as the research object,and take the middle school physical education teachers in Xuanwu District of Nanjing as the research object,focusing on the physical education teachers' cognition of sports games and their application in Volleyball class teaching.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and experts' interview,this dissertation investigates and analyses middle school physical education teachers' cognition in sports games' knowledge and value of sports games and their choice of game content,application methods,exercise load and exercise density in Volleyball class teaching.Through the investigation of physical education teachers' cognition of sports games and their application in Volleyball class teaching,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Most physical education teachers have insufficient update rate of sports game knowledge.The acquisition of sports game knowledge by physical education teachers mainly depends on books,teaching and research activities and business learning under the traditional path,but the proportion of using modern network information resource database is low,only 39.1%.(2)Most physical education teachers have a relatively poor understanding of the classification of sports games.The proportion of physical education teachers who have a certain degree of knowledge about the classification of sports games is low,the proportion is only 34.4%.(3)Physical education teachers have different perceptions of the value of sports games to students' mental health.Physical education teachers' perception of sports games on students' mental health mainly tends to improve students' communication and cooperation ability,cultivate students' team consciousness and improve students' fear of difficulties,but their perception of developing students' thinking and innovation consciousness and psychological endurance is relatively low,the proportion is only 39.1%,33.3% and 27.6%.(4)The application of sports games in the basic and final parts of volleyball class teaching is not high.In volleyball class teaching,physical education teachers lay particular stress on the application of sports games in the preparatory part,while the proportion of application in the basic part and the end part is low,only 24.1% and 6.9%.(5)The innovative consciousness of physical education teachers needs to be improved.The main source of game equipment for physical education teachers is the existing equipment in schools.The proportion of choosing self-made equipment for teachers and students is low,only 24.1% and 2.3%.(6)The evaluation forms of physical education teachers after games are diversified.However,the proportion of teachers and students using the form of mutual evaluation is relatively small,only 34.5%.
